YES, MORE PLEASE. Try Israel's Son, Freak, Spawn Again, Anthem for the year 2000, Pure Massacre. This song they won a music contest on the radio when they were 14 years old in Australia late 1994. Got to record a song and it goes onto the radio. This was it. After this was released it went nuts for them. They were now 15, Red Hot Chili Peppers had them as their guest pre show band for USA leg in Jan 1995. Came back home and recorded the 1st album in 6days, then back to school.
By the time they left high school(18yo), theyd released their 2nd album. Album no1 went quadruple Platinum in Australia and won 5 Aria Music Awards( aussie awards like MTV), no 2 went Double Platinum, 3rd album went Triple Platinum. Altogether over 5 albums they did, they won more awards and most chart topping singles in Australia than any other Australian act EVER, still hold that record aswell to this day. The singer Daniel is doing well as a solo artist, has released to 2 successful albums. He owns EMI records with his brother when it collapsed about 7 years ago, they bought it and took over.
one of the best bands as far as having a few timeless bangers under their belt from this era is Days of the New. check out their top songs
My favorite song of all time. Always will be.
❤❤❤
I love hard rock and alternative bands. But I grew up in a house with all kinds of music. I was the youngest of 5 kids...11 yrs between me and the oldest. From my older brothers rooms I could hear The Beatles, Led Zepplin, The Allmand Brithers, The Eagles and other 70's rock bands. From my mother, she loved gospel music and a little folk music, and 50's and early 60's type music. My dad likes Elvis, and some country and also rhythm and blues. And then in my room with my sister, who is 7 yrs older than me had The Surpremes, The Carpenters and other 70's pop music blaring, I love a little bit of all genre's except Jazz and Rap, So then by the time I was in high school in the 80's I was the only kid left in the house and I was loving all kinds of 80's, by the time I graduated in '87 I found my true love, and my niche, hard rock. My favorite bands are The Goo Goo Dolls, Bon Jovi, Metallica, The Foo Fighters and a bit of pop/folk Atlanta's Shawn Mullins! But I love music and when I was young and able bodied me and my friends probably went to a hundred concerts. I have seen all my favorites except The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and Mumford and Sons. And as a local iconic music venue in Atlanta says "Live Music Matters" 💖
Excellent comments on loving the variety of music genres. There's just far too much great music and too much beauty in every genre to restrict one's self to just one type. It shows a mind that is closed off.
Did you know that they were only 14 when this came out?
And wrote it and performed it at 12 for the first time. Wild stuff.
Amazing. Amazing-er still - they peaked here. Well I think so anyway
@@StudioMod 12? According to the band's biography the lead singer and the drummer wrote "Tomorrow" one day while they were just jamming in one of their bedrooms when they were 13 and 14.
@@allengator1914 You're right, 13, my bad.
Watch Straight lines
you pause, I quit. Thats the rule.
Why? This is a reaction. If you want to listen to the song uninterrupted, just listen to the song
