I mean she is genuinely wholesome. Dreadful cook, but she seems genuine. She's in her little bubble trying to do something with the (non-existent) knowledge she has about food. I'd actually love to see a chef go on her channel and teach her. There are plenty of bad cooks on this site but they actually think they're the shit and everybody's wrong. Constructive criticism in her comments would be refreshing, compared to the hate she gets and doesn't deserve.

PSA if you wanna defrost something quicker with less hassle just leave it in room temperature water, make sure whatever you’re defrosting is completely covered and not exposed to the water but make sure it’s completely submerged the entire time!!

If you want to cook meat out of the freezer (like chicken) you can cook it straight away but it tends to get really dry. It’s better to defrost it beforehand, putting it in warm water will fasten that. Make sure to put it in a plastic bag so it doesn’t touch the water:)

I freeze most of my meat as i buy in bulk.
I made sure i divide it into portions. Then just pop them in the microwave. I have defrost settings. I select meat or poultry then click the more button to the amount thats in there (5 = 500g) and it takes less than 15 mins.
With chicken, i like to cut it when its a lil bit frozen so its less slippery.
Dont be scared of freezing meat! As long as you only use defrost. Dont use the regular setting as that will cook it, not thaw it. Goodluck!
My American grandma butters everything. Her favorite things to butter are sandwiches, pastries(she puts it on all of them), and desserts. She also loves her egg and jelly sandwiches(all she ate during college.)

You can microwave frozen meat but keep an eye on it, adjust the power of the microwave, etc to just quickly thaw frozen meat. However you run the risk of the sides cooking prematuring. If you wanna thaw meat in a mlre even manner take it out a day before and put the meat in your fridge or if you forgot but you have at least 8 hours before you need to cook, put it in the sink amd run cold water over it.
