I've had Tinnitus all my life, always ringing, popping, clicking. Sometimes it gets to a point where if when I don't have any symptoms, I just panic because I'm so used to hearing these things, it just becomes apart of you. It really doesn't bother me at all, I sleep at ease when I hear these ringing in my ears, you just learn to adapt and move on. For those who are suffering, just learn to embrace it, it's part of you now. I wear hearing aids, been wearing them since I've been 5, I'm 29 now. you're gonna be alright!

Hi Dr. Cliff - Can you please create a video discussing your hearing loss/tinnitus and how you have coped/embraced/gotten through it etc by chance? I got noise induced tinnitus from hunting without ear protection, I'm progressing well but it definitely has been tough to get used to, thanks!

I use that sound as well but this one is looping too soon and the reverb is too high. Great info though!

Yep. Anytime I find a sound that helps to mask my tinnitus, I record it.

If your hearing aids don't have a customized tinnitus masker, yes.
