I can’t actually remember when my “silence” disappeared, replaced by the whistling and hissing, it’s been quite a few years though. Sometimes when the volume is low I’m able to forget it’s there and my sound of silence becomes bearable. Other times it’s so loud it’s distracting and becomes difficult to work and get through the day. Since discovering these masking videos It’s made a massive difference to me. I can actually get immediate relief as even after just a few minutes the volume is reduced. Of course it doesn’t last long if I stop listening so sometimes I leave the earbuds in for a while and pretend it’s raining outside. Thank you for these videos, I hope everyone suffering from this frankly debilitating condition finds some relief in them.
I am Kathleen i am 69 years old and i have titinus problem. For à few years i don' Knowles Whats do to my ears are whisseling

Please can you help me, thanks
Me too I m 42 yrs old my name is madhura ghadi I m indian from last 4 weeks I m suffering from same pray for me I showed many ent no solution my family life is disturbed cant concentrate on any work.
This is sad man wth
This video helped me extremly in the first (Very dark) nights/days. Thank you!
The rumor of after 3 month its chronic is not true! What massivly helped me is "me time" and trying to find time to relax. Also, as soon as you hear it, try to think about something else. Do not focus on the noise. Now already after 60 days my brain got used to it and during the day i dont hear it.
The hardest is the sleep. Listen to tinnitus music that takes noise away. Take a ice cold shower. Kickstart thr first hard nights with medicine if needed.
To everyone here: it will get better! Time heals everything.
I love rain. For me it is calm and silent. And I love looking out the window and seeing all the raindrops go by. It gives me time to think deeply about what I've been doing with my life. Rain really helps me relax and calm down. I love it
Just started suffering from tinnitus. I’m on week 2. It’s been a very difficult adjustment for me as I feel like I’m not the same Mathew as I used to be. Trying hard each day to feel more positive and have a better outlook. These videos do help, thank you
It gets better, just accept it as part of your body, just like your nose is always in front of your sight. Its there, nothing to do about it. You'll get used to it, believe me.
How Many time in day or days by listening this sounds
Dear Mathew, thank you for sharing your journey with us. We're here for you. Keep pushing forward, and remember, you're not alone. Take care and please reach out if you need any guidance.
Hey Matt! I am on week 2 as well ! you are not alone. Lets just try and be positive . During the day I am trying to keep busy ! We will get through this. Thank you for letting me know I am not alone and someone else is adjusting like me :)
@@user-hm9ne7eh1m hey, thanks for telling me. I have to say I’ve been having much better days. When I start to hyper focus on the ringing I put one of these videos on, even in my pocket, and it helps me focus my thoughts elsewhere. I’ve noticed at night the crickets sound with a fan in the background helps me sleep best. Positivity is definitely the biggest contributor for me, having a better outlook has made this less scary, and as a result I’m not as anxious about it. If you’re overthinking keep messaging me here and we can try and calm each other down.
After nearly 4 years I am getting better but it is still with me. I try and greet it as an old friend and that works .. sometimes. Still some spikes. I find this high-pitched rain noise tunes in very well. I don't play tracks that often but still glad to on occasion. And this track hits the spot. It will not suit everyone you have to find the tracks that help your particular case. I find Ben Thompson, Julian Cowan Hill and the lady in Australia who just published a book really really helpful ..
Hey Alan Courtney, thank you for the comment. We hope you enjoy exploring our other videos.
How’s your tinnitus?
I feel you I have tinnitus now

It would be great to have something like this for one hour on our google speakers. I used to ask, “hey google, play night sounds for 1hr”, but it stopped working, as it goes on all day now. It masked my tinnitus right before bed and when it’s at its worse. Hope everyone here is improving with this issue.
Thank you so much. I have suffered for years and listened to literally hundreds of rain vlogs for help but loud thunder was to much for rest, yours is PERFECT!
Hey Brenda, thank you for the comment. We are glad to know that our videos have helped you. Enjoy exploring our other CZcams videos, as well as blog articles on treblehealth.com
This track is the one I revisit the most for tinnitus relief ❤
That's great to hear! Finding a go-to track for relief is fantastic. Keep using what works best for you to manage your tinnitus. ❤
Das Tut Gut👍🏻🥰Thank You.
I've found rain sounds help best when the ringing in my ears is more of a high-pitched popping sound
I love the sound of rain. Don’t know where this is.But this was how it was raining where I live. And 76 degrees…. Humid! Good nite and thank you!
Very nice! You're welcome, Janis.
have a cold and the tinnitus combined with ear pressure is really frustrating this helps me thank you
We're glad to hear that our sound therapy is helping you during this frustrating time with your cold and tinnitus. Wishing you a speedy recovery, and we're here for you whenever you need it!
Omg, as soon as I played this … relief 😊
I'm glad to hear that you experienced relief as soon as you played the sound therapy! It's wonderful to know that the audio brought you comfort. If you have any more positive experiences or feedback to share, feel free to let us know. 😊
This is very calming, but the cricket sounds does wonders for masking my tinnitus without the high pitch tones. They’re both good sounds tho.
That's good to hear!!
This one helps a lot too. I find my ringing gets really loud when I am tired or stressed, and usually at the beginning of the day, it is low and then when the day progresses it gets louder. I have to wear earphones and play some blocking sounds in order to fall asleep. I have been suffering from this since I was a little girl. I have great support. My audiologist also suffers from tinnitus, so he is very understanding. I love all your videos and I have learned a lot. I don't feel so alone anymore.
I'm glad to hear that you found the information helpful and that you have a supportive audiologist who understands what you're going through! If you ever have any questions or need further support, please don't hesitate to reach out. Take care!

Bless you, I’m trying to find help to deal with this, I’m 70 and it started a month ago…my husband got it almost 2 years ago…I’ve seen him having a difficult time trying to deal with it and now I’m scared.🙏🏻🙏🏻

You’re welcome 😊 Glad it helped.
Good
Masks my tinnitus perfectly, thank you very much.
We're glad to hear this sound resonates with you. Remember, our goal with sound therapy isn't to mask the tinnitus, but to listen at a soft level below the volume of our tinnitus.
Can you include this sound therapy in your web app?
Does anyone have where their tinnitus sort of goes up and down frequently … like it “weeeeeee”‘s for a few seconds then quiets down and sort of had this pattern to it???
Look up pulsating tinnitus
Also look up tensor tympani syndrome. You know the feeling in your eyes when you look at a bright light? That's the feeling you get in your ears as the sensation intensifies and decreases, usually for a second or two at a time, with up so several seconds of just normal tinnitus in between. As the sensation intensifies, your hearing drops out. I also hear a sort of thumping sound, like a heavy book closing.
Yeh…. Mine squeals every few seconds. How long have you had it
I turned the playback speed up to better match the high pitch of my titinus. After listening for several minutes, my ears feel better as if there is more circulation. There is still some ringing but it's quieter!
That's wonderful to hear! Adjusting the playback speed to match your tinnitus frequency is a clever idea, and we're glad to know that it's brought you some relief. It's promising that you're feeling improved circulation and a quieter ringing after just a few minutes. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope the sound therapy continues to bring you comfort and relief.
It has taken down the volume but it’s still screaming underneath. It almost feels like I am adding to the pitch in my ears. I went to an ent and he sent me for a hearing test, after all of these years the tests came back that I need hearing aides. I have had tinnitus for so many years I don’t even remember when it started. My chiropractor feels it started with neck injuries I have had. Several years ago my bearable pitch went to unbearable levels, my head actually hurts and I have one ear that the ent said is terrible. It itches constantly. I make sure my ears are cleaned out from wax but this is like a white substance?
It sounds like you're dealing with a lot, and I can imagine how challenging that must be. It might be helpful to let your ENT know about the ongoing discomfort and changes you're experiencing, including the itching and the white substance in your ear.
Ох как я с вами и вашими проблемами, от которых хочется не уйти, а сбежать , сбежать навсегда и за быть как о страшном сне из сказки, давайте будем его ( шум ) побеждать вместе, всем радости!
I was watching the video 13 times in a row and I was wondering.. is that Vietnam?
This is beautiful for me 💙
I’ve been wondering lately and would love to have the opinion of the tinnitus community.
I wonder would you rather be apart of the tinnitus community which cold still use sound and a form of positivity or apart of the deaf community without having tinnitus ever again? Im wonder because i’m guessing it’s going to divide opinions.
Never to hear music would be so very sad so like years I'll just suffer with tinnitus and turn the music up higher!
Even though tinnitus drives me crazy sometimes and can be hard to live with, I would always choose it over total deafness. To never hear anything ever again would be so much more difficult to cope with
Thank you ❤.. It's my 2nd day having this. I was very worried about this sound in my ears it come and go but yesterday the sounds won't stop and I feel dizzy.. Hope this was not so serious.. Thank you for your video it helps me to relax and calm
We're here for you! It's natural to feel worried, but remember, you're not alone in this. We're glad our video could offer some relaxation and calm during this time. If you ever have concerns, don't hesitate to reach out. Take care!
How are you feeling today Diana? I hope what you have experienced is temporary.

Go to bed early at night and rest. Constantly finding things to do to keep your mind busy. Don't think about your tinnitus all day. I am in the 6th month with tinnitus in the left ear. Even though it has gone up 3-4 levels in the last 2 months, it doesn't affect me psychologically like it did in the beginning. I sleep with a slight refrigerator noise through a speaker to distract me from the tinnitus. Chill out! CHILL OUT! Your mind and body will start to get used to this situation with time. All of the above will help you with tinnitus. With bad psychology, you just make it worse. Live your life intensely and fully. At some point a cure will be found. ;-)

Does anyone else have that where the ringing is sorta gone at daytime but is there early morning or late evening, or when it is only temporary for whatever reason
This occurrence is prevalent since mornings and evenings tend to be quieter times, amplifying the perception of tinnitus.
Hey,
I dont know where to start,
i feel horrible at the moment, i could basicly cry, writing this message.
I Have Tinnitus since i was 18, and it was always alright to live with for me. Iam now 25 and since 3-4 Months it hast gotten so loud and i realy dont know what to do anymore.
Its so scary for me to think, that it will always stay that loud for me, anyone has exxperience cause its realy loud now and i dont know what to do...
Thx Guys, be well and take care.

my tinnitus is being weird. I have my airpod MAX on, and my hearing aids lol... so maximum loudness. lol trying to drown the freaking ringing out :D
Need at least 8 hrs or I’m up after it ends
Turn on loop video ( click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the video) and it will keep repeating
in my case, the noise disappears a couple of days, and then again bothers... but I cannot detect what causes these days of resting
That's tinnitus. It's a mysterious and unpredictable condition. Nobody seems to be able to figure it out.
When lisening to it while i work what should the volume High or low ??
You should listen to a volume where you can still hear your tinnitus. The goal of sound therapy is not to completely mask the tinnitus. Instead, listen to it at a lower volume than the tinnitus so your brain can compare the sound therapy to the tinnitus; this will allow you to habituate.
Thank you for responding to me so quickly.@@treblehealth

“Dentro do círculo infinito da Divina presença que me envolve inteiramente, afirmo: há uma só presença aqui, é a da Harmonia, que faz vibrar todos os corações de felicidade e alegria. Quem quer que aqui entre, sentirá as vibrações da Divina Harmonia.
Há uma só presença aqui, é a do Amor. Deus é o Amor que envolve todos os seres num só sentimento de unidade. Este recinto está cheio da presença do Amor. No Amor eu vivo, me movo e existo.
A Justiça reina neste recinto.

You can decide how long you spend listening to it, you can listen as long as you want! You can use any type of device to listen to this sound including earphones, speakers, surround sound systems, hearing aids, etc. You should listen to a volume where you can still hear your tinnitus. The goal of sound therapy is not to completely mask the tinnitus. Instead, listen to it at a lower volume than the tinnitus so your brain can compare the sound therapy to the tinnitus; this will allow you to habituate.
Some foods affect my tinnitus. Can anyone recommend any foods that do not affect your tinnitus? (especially fruit) Thank you.
I try my best to stay away from the processed foods. Chemicals are causing it in cases of foods . I have not isolated yet a veggie or fruit or meat that causes T. Not yet anyways .
For me Soy sauce and Chinese food make my ears Scream. No matter what I do. The worst
Does this only masks or cures tinnitus..?
It doesn’t really cures tinnitus it just makes it better and quieter.
Neither! We use sound therapy to facilitate habituation by decreasing the perception of tinnitus. Check out our blog post that explains in detail how sound therapy helps reduce our perception of tinnitus. treblehealth.com/sound-therapy-for-tinnitus/
I’m on week 1 after a totally preventable experience. Neglected to bring hearing protection to a loud music venue and danced way too close to the speakers. For those of you who acquired tinnitus after a singular event or instance, how do you hope with the guilt and the immediate change in life quality?
This is a great question and one that we get a lot. Rather than putting all of the blame on ourselves, try to focus on what can promote a better outcome for you. Use mindfulness techniques and an enriched sound environment (using sound therapy) to help manage the tinnitus. We would be happy to discuss further. Why does the ringing in my ear. Sound like it’s coming from deep in my brain. I get no relief from this and I find it so depressing 😊
