Went to his suite at Harbor Center in Buffalo to fix a minor internet issue and he asked me if a $200 tip was ok and I thought he was joking so I said “Let’s make it $400 Jim” not thinking he was serious but he was, dude handed me 4 $100 bills. Jim Irsay rules.
