Not keeping Bisaccia was a colossal mistake. Every single player wanted to play for that guy, but Davis wanted to make a splash.
He really did everything he failed at Denver and somehow believes it will just work in Oakland
Only Brian Flores was a decent coach from BB tree because he didn't try being Bill Beliecheck
Mark Davis is an example of a failure son of a good owner.
Mark Davis just needs to fade away
A belly flop can be considered a type of "splash".
Bisaccia could have been kept for another two seasons on the cheap, as opposed to being too poor to fire McDaniels and move on. Bisaccia and those players bonded through trauma. That shit lasts a lifetime.
When Ralph Wiggum is your owner you can't be surprised when he choo-choo-chooses the Belichick disciple even if they're radioactive
Also @thepubknight6144 Daboll's shine might be coming off as The Guy with a team that isn't totally stacked but we shall see.
Just want to add the sorry ass fact that Joshie was the ONLY NFL coach that got beat by Jeff Saturday.
That's hilarious to think about
I love Jeff Saturday the dude
But he should've never been an interim head coach last season
@@ajsports4450 absolutely correct. I hope Colts fans are able to separate Jeff Saturday the player from the interim head coach.
He just got beat by the freakin Chicago Bears today🤣
@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192 Not only beat

The fact that this man got a job in the NFL, ANY job, after his Colts fiasco is a testament that human character and integrity doesn't matter in this league. Just win, baby...
To be fair Mcdaniels story is that lucks injuries were worse than reported. He found out and didn’t want to be in a qb hell . And luck did retire the season after frank reich was hired. And frank reich had a different starting qb for 5 years he was there
@@alexanderguerrero347Yeah, but you don’t just agree to take a job to then weasel your way back to your old boss because you want backsies.
The Colts and Jim Irsay are utter trash and I will hate them for ruining Andrew Luck’s career. But McDaniels’ actions show a level of immaturity and unprofessionalism that, now shown with the Raiders, clearly hasn’t improved.
He was an asshole long before. I'm thankful he didn't take the job
I get it is borderline unprofessional but he didn't owe a damn thing to anyone to commit to that job. He did not do anything different than many people have in the real world. @@LSA30
Winning and McDaniels only goes together when Brady is in the equation.😂
Essentially, McDaniels has turned the Raiders into the Patriots Boys Club
And turned who Dat nation into a refugee state for raider fans.
We'll likely have Gruden next year 😂
Raitriots
For a Raider fan since 87 that has despised Tom Brady and The Pats team since Tuck Rule 01, Im about to walk out of the whole damn game. I love my Oak/LA Raiders. LV Raiders can fk off.
Patricia / Quinn did the same thing in Detroit..
As a Chiefs fan, McDaniels is a cancer to the AFC West.
He's blessing. Free wins.
Darn. Three cancers in the same division.

if I had a nickel for every coach under Bill Belichick who got hired as HC somewhere else and then ran their team into the ground trying to recreate the Patriot Way....I'd have at least 5 nickels.
Not every coach from Bill was bad
@@BoosterGoldEarth6 there’s Brian Flores…do we count Mike Vrabel since he played for the Patriots?
Players do not count.
@@Tadicuslegion78Bill O'Brien was a pretty good coach in Houston; he just never should have gotten the GM powers.
Bill's coaches from his Brown's day if we're counting college had success
Mark Davis has also learned nothing. He could have kept Bisaccia on the cheap for another two seasons, and Carr would still be here.
Currently the raiders and saints have the same record.
@@alexanderguerrero347raiders also have the league leader in INTs despite him missing a game and a half. The raiders have also blown hundreds of millions on ex pats cause one man wants to live in Bellichecks image. The raiders also don't have a home to actually call their own cause like with the ineptitude of hiring a once failed coach who disgracefully bowed out of another job they moved to a tourist attraction with no roots to raider nation. If you try and defend this franchise still you may be more desperate than Mark Davis or even his sugar baby
Carr wasn't the answer for us tbh, he's a solid guy who can play great some weeks and good more often than not typically, but we needed a full rebuild to land a generational guy.
Unfortunately instead of doing that and getting a guy like Williams, Stroud, Maye, this year or last we tried to win with a HC who never done it away from Bellicheck, even as an OC with STL, who didn't even construct the roster and wasn't a reason anyone was there unless they were on the East Coast 2 weeks before.
It was a grasp at straws to compete that only the Knicks, that I can think of, have actually tried to do in American pro sports
He is his father child
That move was actually correct carr stinks right now and was not worth the money,
Should've hired Rich Bisachia. He led one of the most dysfunctional/drama filled teams of all time to the playoffs. They didn't make it there because of team mentality or talent
Yep. They bonded through the trauma that occurred. Should have bought him another two seasons.
Nope Jon gruden had that squad fully greased up and full of potential that team wanted to play for chucky but the nfl is like the establishment who fired president trump at all cost
TRUE ! They would have killed for the man !!
TRASH McDaniels has NO INTEGRITY-
No integrity gets NO RESPECT !
Dude facts! And by the looks of it, if Davis had waited he could’ve prob re signed Gruden… smh this is what he gets for trying to copy the “patriot way”
I called all of this when McDaniels was hired. This was so fucking predictable.
Me too, but most Raiders fans were saying “he learned from his failures, he will be better this time around” before the 2022 season kicked off 😂
Should have kept Bisaccia.
As a Panthers fan, it's unfortunate that my team decided to follow the same path as the Raiders and move on from their interim head coach.
Bisaccia and Wilks probably wouldn't have led their respective teams to immediate success, but you can't argue that these teams would look a hell of a lot better than they are now.
So you're saying y'all should have kept Steve Wilks? Really?
@@AvrilAlvarezyes. They should have. But their owner wanted the splashy hire instead. Wilks had a better record with the panthers in balf a season than rhule or frank reich have had.
@@AvrilAlvarezrhule went 11-27 and never had a 6 win season with carolina. Wilks went 6-6 in 12 games without McCaffrey.
Wilks actually made Darnold look decent.
Richie B is not HC material.
McDaniels was brought in as part of Mark Davis’ obsession with getting Tom Brady on the team. Ever since it was revealed that TB12 was close to signing with the team and Jon Gruden shot the idea down Davis has pursued Brady like a love stuck teenager.
He's a patriot and Brady di** suck*r ..and I hate that cause there our mortal enemies and he wants to make him part owner..as a lifelong raider fan f that and no thanks!!!!
To the point that he still was swooning over him becoming a minor owner
Brady being an owner will be the biggest mistake for the Raiders. The Raiders having Brady as owner will be the equivalent of Michael Jordan owning the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets.
Raiders need new ownership. Joe Lacob or Steve Ballmer will be perfect buyers for the Raider Nation
Yea maybe that’s why spineless Mark didn’t stand up to the NFL and fired Gruden over harmless 10 year old emails.
McDaniels was just fired by the Raiders!!
Watching McDaniels cling to his Patriots past (Cassel, Garropollo, Myers, ect) gives the same vibe as a 25-year-old ballboy who peaked in High School and is trying to relive the glory days...
Yeah...or one of these people who are always in the thick of things trying to organize their high school reunion when they were popular. They peaked at 17 yrs old and want to recapture that feeling
The "Patriot Way" doesn't work anymore. We are seeing that in Vegas and New England. McDaniels didn't do anything for the Broncos either. What made Mark Davis think McDaniels would do for the Raiders? Plus Mark Davis is literally paying two head coaches at the same time. McDaniels and Gruden who signed a 10 year contract. May be why Davis hasn't fired McDaniels is because he can't afford to.
The patriot way was never real, that was all Tom Brady
Brady way please stop. Super star defense plus cheating is the Brady way
The patriot way was cheating (spygate1&2, deflategate, tuck rule, players admitting hgh & steroid use, etc) and then having the commish destroy all of the evidence to help cover it up.
@@ej6587
Even Tom Brady doesn’t believe that, you absolute dip
The Josh McDaniels "Patriot Way" was to videotape competition's practices, hand signs, lip read, and ruin the headset communication during games as well. Who forget the under inflated footballs? He can't cheat anymore. Josh's ego and arrogance is the reason he can't win on his own.
It's a shame both the Chargers and Raiders are now owned by kids of owners and do nothing but alienate fans. Dean Spanos and Mark Davis are really honestly bad at this. I still think it's ridiculous they moved from their cities and now have "home" stadiums that are often rather full of opposing team fans.
Technically, the Chargers are "renting" their suite with Kroenke & his Rams.
Chargers are basically homeless
Even if the Raiders were a consisntanty great team, there would probably always be at least 1/3 opposing fans in the stadium because everyone wants an excuse to go to Vegas
Hiring McDaniels is bad enough. Now imagine getting swept by him (cough…Hackett…cough).
Never forget that Josh McDaniels gave Jeff Saturday his only win in the NFL.
Sean Payton on the road to getting swept by him as well.
Also people need to take in account of Josh Mcdaniels time in St louis. He was there for one year as offensive coordinator...a team went 7-9 with a rookie QB who won rookie of year, Sam Bradford with 3500yards , then they went 2-9 2164 yards. HE RUINED Bradford. In fact that downfall was one of the reasons why rams started to push out of St louis. No one wanted to see the team collapse so hard which drove them out of St louis as well as the city collapsing. In just ONE year he ruined the rams.
Here's an excerpt from an article by Ted Sundquist (former Broncos GM) on the Jay Cutler situation:
"Shortly after Josh McDaniels moved into his office at Dove Valley, he called in Cutler and his agent, Bus Cook, for a closed-door meeting. The story goes that McDaniels began with a 20-minute dissertation of his resume, how he'd worked his way up the ranks in New England to become Bill Belichick's right-hand man with the offense and how the team would have been nowhere the year before without his tutelage of backup Matt Cassel. He continued on with justification of his hiring by Bowlen. After the perplexing recitation of accomplishments, McDaniels suddenly shifted gears. He began to bash and berate Cutler and his game to the tune of a verbal flogging neither had ever witnessed. The expletive-laden diatribe went on for a few minutes, after which Cook stood up and told Cutler they were leaving. As they walked down the long hallway past Bowlen's office, Cutler turned to Bus and said, "Get me out of here. I don't care how you do it."
And to think Giants fans wanted McDaniels. At least Daboll has the chance to do something, they just need to build the team. McDaniels is just a failure
The Giants have problems this season but would become unwatchable under Josh McDaniels.
No Giants fans learnt from Fucking Joe Judge never to trust Bill belichick tree ever again
as a raider fan i was praying for us to get daboll. with the talent on our offense he would have us top 10 rn
@@e17395 It's why I hope John Mara keeps his head out of his ass this time and let's Schoen and Daboll build the team the way they want to and stop trying to put his hands in everything cause it hasn't worked for over a decade. Even if they signed Jones (which I think Mara forced that) Schoen was smart enough to have an out after 2 years and right now, after Tyrod looked a million times more comfortable in a collapsing pocket than Jones has and getting the ball out QUICK, they may be geniuses here.
@@e17395 Davis probalay couldn't afford him
Belichick handled the defense, so his defensive assistants didn't do anything. The offense was all Tom Brady, not the assistants. All Belichick's assistants learned how to do was alienate top players and take in all of Belichick's castoffs.
Can confirm the title
Every Sunday when I watch my team lose over and over again, all I can think about is how much I miss Rich Bisaccia. If Davis has any sense or care for his team, he will fire McDaniels and bring Bisaccia back. However, I wouldn't be surprised if that was even enough to salvage things at this point with Waller and Carr gone and Renfrow on the way out.
hilarious how davis was the only human on the planet that didn't know mcdaniels was a terrible coach.
Patriots fan here knew you were doomed when he kept signing former pats then the plan this year was garoppolo/hoyer. Then traded Waller and decided to hate Hunter renfrow. Outdated scheme
As a Raider fan I've made a horrible mistake.
There's like no right way to be a fan.
Either you root for the players that meant a lot for the Raiders (like that guy on the Saints) or you don't question anything no matter how bad the coaching is.
Meanwhile the rest of the NFL is making fun of the Raiders and invading Allegiant Stadium.
But I fw the logo and jerseys so that's all I need lol
No offense, but I hope the lions whoop them so bad that Davis fires McDaniels the next day
I’m not even a Raider fan but I root for Carr. Franchise did him dirty and he wasn’t the problem to begin with.
Since 67?can’t take much more
Had to come back here after the Raiders just fired McDaniels (and GM Dave Ziegler, too).
Thank you for not including Jason Campbell in your rundown of post-Gannon futility. I’ll always wonder how 2011 and beyond would have gone if he hadn’t gotten hurt.
I loved it when he was a Raider. Dude was a pro and gave stability at QB during that time.
I’m getting to the point this year where I’m upset that we’re winning
All of these former Patriots coaches failing with other teams and seeing how bad the patriots are now really cements that it was Tom that made the team great, not bill
Tom Brady could never lead a team with no other addition but him to a championship.
Brady couldn’t pay defense. The defense gave him 3 rings
@@BoosterGoldEarth6He basically did that in Tampa. Gronk came out of retirement and had a mediocre season (though Gronk is probably the best blocking TE ever). AB played half a season. The Bucs were the same core that went 7-9 the year before.
I mean, no one else in NFL history could do that either. But it's apparent from Bill's lack of success pre-/post-Brady with the Browns and Patriots (the Patriots were 5-11 in 2000 and started 0-2 in 2001 before Brady became the starter, so yeah, he took a shit-tier team to the Super Bowl right off the bat) that it was probably Brady that was the driving force behind the Patriots' success for his entire tenure there.
I disagree, bello chick was great as a defensive coordinator under bill parcels and he did a good job at Cleveland before they folded
@@Kylora2112He was struggling until they let run what he was used to in New England. That Buccaneer team was loaded on off.& def. any competent QB could've won there. Ppl acting he took the Lions to the SB and won
we had greatness with Bisaccia but in a classic Raiders move we got rid him like we got rid of Carr, Crabtree, Woodson, Janikowski, Mack, Lynch, heck even Gruden because god forbid we get a win and maybe bring back pre 2000's glory.
Josh McDaniels being 3-0 against Bill Belichik is proof that even a broken watch is right twice a day. The Raiders literally can't afford to fire Josh so he's free to make whatever idiotic decisions he feels like.
Or that even a blind squirrel trips over a nut once in a while
It is rumored that when Josh Jacobs went the distance in Seattle to end the game in over time, Carr call an audible to that play and McDaniels was furious he did that. Bisacchia respect Carr and let him call his own plays.
I live in Las Vegas and I still don't understand the hiring of McDaniels. He has never been a good head coach and then he left the Colts high and dry.

"You can't blame a snake for having fangs..."
We got the wrong McDaniel(s). It's going to be Belichick and Russell Wilson next season, isn't it? Oh gawd...
What aggravates me most, is braindeads like McDaniels get multiple chances to be a Head Coach, meanwhile Eric Bienemy and Byron Leftwich, Super Bowl winning OCs can't get a Head Coaching job. I wonder what the difference is.
Its not what youre saying it is, but youre absolutely right hiring these idiots is fucking stupid
Pigment?
The difference would be that byron isnt even a great oc and now that bienemy is gone from the place where Reid and mahomes ran the offense as much as EB did, how's he looked?
Oh 7 points against a horrific giants team?
Maybe juuuust maybe they aren't hc bc they shouldn't be? Maybe EB develops more now that the reigns are all his but he's not currently evidence of a conspiracy
Don't confuse mark Davis being a name chasing sycophant with the league having a policy to not hire black coaches (despite their being tons of black coaches)
Lol i wanna revisit this conversation now. Surely you must be happy
Byron Leftwich could've been head coach of the Jags. But he turned it down bc he didn't want to work with Trent Balke
Watching this after The Debacle in Detriot, and everything you say here becomes even MORE apparent than before!
Since the move to Las Vegas, Raiders have gotten worse. SoFi Stadium is their only home field advantage despite being the road team. Al Davis will regret not getting the team before his passing.
Ya the recent winning against trash teams by a couple points has been pretty embarrassing to watch. Even Davante isn’t happy with this mediocre offense.
Mannnnn thank God you made this video..I'm so tired of explaining to ppl why I'm slowly not happy being a raider fan..an every year I slowly stop watching the games..bc I'm gonna be upset
Something else about the Darren Waller trade that makes it even more snake-like. On March 4, Waller married Kelsey Plum of the Las Vegas Aces. The Raiders traded him on March 15. In other words, instead of getting rid of him to his face, they traded him while he was on his honeymoon.
Mark Davis has THE BEST hair cut
I still can't believe that someone hired him again
Outstanding video!!!!!
What do you mean hasn't learned a thing? He ripped off Mark Davis for $60 million! He's getting better at it.
This is what happens when a team attempts to replicate "The Patriot way" usually ends up being a tire fire inside a dumpster fire
Nah, most poisonous coach in the league now is Matt Lafraud. He’s terrible with play calling, gets outplayed and out coached by just about everyone (including Josh McDanials!), never learns from mistakes and corrects them, enforces zero discipline and consistency, is fraudulent, keeps defending idiots and incompetent people like Joe Barry, and is easy to walk all over (Quay Walker is a prime example of this, got talent, but a big part in why he keeps doing the stuff he does from a discipline perspective is because of a lack of punishment dealt to him from Matt Lafraud and Joe Barry)! And Matt Lafraud has made the Packers look more like an XFL team than an NFL team!😡😡😡😡😡
What about Brandon Stalebread?
Three things you can count on in life: 1. Death, 2. Taxes, 3. The Raiders are gonna Raider.

Glad i can put word to the horror that has been the McDaniels' coaching era
The biggest difference between Bill's coaching tree and Reid's is that reid's deciples don't try to be Reid they be themselves. Besides Vrabes and one can argue BFlo too each everyone thinks they're Bill. Not realizing they don't have the report that Bill has or the football mind Bill has either. Does Bill get on players during film sessions yes but he also gets on coaches in that same session. Something that I haven't heard being done from Patricia or Josh
Vrabel never coached under BB either
@eddixon2015 he comes from the patriot way(and more engrained in it obviously that's why he differs from Oconnell and Kingsberry) and worked w the Texans when Billy O was the HC so he's still apart of Bill's coaching tree. He's just different because he's a former player so he can hit a different switch that Josh and Patricia will never be able to
@ohitzwavy7173 Vrabel is definitely not a coach who coached under Bill. It's not the same and it's significant that the one coach who had done well overall is also the one where he kinda was under bills tree but wasnt
@gwell66v2AnimeReviews Quite literally Vrabes has the same football philosophy and accountability of his players that you would see from Bill. Where do you think he got that offensive smashmouth Style from Billy O'Brien and Bill. If this was KOC or Kingsbury I'd agree but Vrabes is Bill's only former player who sticks to a "patriot way"

This is the most valid truth spoken sbout what happened to the Raiders.
Excellent Report !
Me, a patriots fan fully expecting McDaniels to take Belichick’s spot after Bill finishes self immolating.
The most honest and accurate appraisal of the Raiders situation and Mc🤡 yet. He may have won things as a coordinator in New England but as a head coach and exemplified by his tenure in Donkey country, he will never be a head coach as long as he breaths. Bisaccia and Jack Del Rio were the two coaches who came closest and stood a chance of winning the big prize, Mc 🤡
will not last in Vegas.
That's why McFailure has another nickname...The DeJa Vu Fool. The idiot's legacy is gonna always be reduced to Belichick's play-by-play Boy
This is the realest and most accurate Raider video made since McRubble became our HC. I literally hate Josh McDaniels

Rich Bisaccia led the Raiders through literal Hell, built a new team culture, and got them to the playoffs... Then Mark Davis did a line... Or dozens... And hired McDonald's.
Shout out Tim Tebow and that win over the Steelers. Made John 3:16 and praying famous again. Was kneeling before kneeling was cool.
Time to boost this video!
Very good report man, keep it up. 👍
So you're saying there's a chance... that TB12 will come out of retirement to play for the Raiders?! 😂
This says a ton more about Moe Davis’ ineptitude when hiring a coach than it does about McMoron IMO.
The lisp to mimic a snake was clever
As a long time Raiders fan it crushed me when they fired Chucky and hired McDaniels
Chucky wasn’t the best but he cared about the Raiders, he’s the only recent coach to have a heart of a Raider. Knock on wood ✊🏽 🪵
Let's face it. When you see Steeler fans waving their terrible towels on the 50-yard line of a Raiders home game, you know that the organization is a pathetic shell of itself. In Oakland or Los Angeles, Raider fans would've been wiping their behinds on those towels. The great Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders are dead. They shouldn't even be using the Raiders name. Maybe the Bowlcuts or Asshats.
This video laid it all out for anyone who never knew these facts. I hated this hire when it happened and was warned by several bronco fans. I knew Mark Davis pulled another idiotic move like usual. The most important thing that I saw was the chemistry they had. They played hard with good leadership and came close to the championship game. With McDaniels, there is no chemistry, and with McDaniels and Ziegler, there is no leadership, and nobody wants to play for them. The dude can't coach. He has gotten rid of the nucleus of a good team and doesn't even try to get the ball to his playmakers. There is no place for McDaniels in professional football, period.
