when I updated the firmware... after clicking the upgrade button an error appeared: "Upgrade failed (Target version is lower than the current version)" even though I was using the latest Moza Genie. is there a solution?

What is latest firmware version?
The app has been updated recently. After I pair with my phone, the video options only show 720 and 1080. My phone goes up to 4K. Video lags and is choppy. Turn the app off and shoot video without it and video is perfect. Still have the basic gimbal functions though. Firmware was updated also.

why when I click the FM+ or FM- button it immediately zooms 10x, not slowly from 1x to 10x...

The message I get is IN ORDER TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE TO YOU, THE DEVICE MUST BE ACTIVATED FOR THE FIRST CONNECTION, AND THE DEVICE CAN BE USED NORMALLY AFTER COMPLETING THE...? I DONT EVEN HAVE THE REST OF THE MESSAGE BECAUSE IT DOEST SHOWS ON THE GIMBAL APP.

Same thing but then I got a new phone.... it worked for 2 weeks then it started flashing the light and won't connect to Bluetooth... bricked POS got two weeks out of it and it's garbage. No one replies to the multiple emails messages or even these comments

No 60fps on my POCO X3 Pro eventhough it can shoot 60fps on stock camera

I have only had the mini mx2, about 2 hours and it says on Home Screen update firmware and I have tried, tried and tried and I'm not getting anywhere, it looks like I will return this back to amaazon for a full refund, going by all the comments here.

Mid March 2022: Cant upgrade firmware, can't use app as it demands firmware upgrade. What a load of rubbish. Android user - tried both One+3 and Pro 6
