    Help me !
    when I updated the firmware... after clicking the upgrade button an error appeared: "Upgrade failed (Target version is lower than the current version)" even though I was using the latest Moza Genie. is there a solution?

    The app has been updated recently. After I pair with my phone, the video options only show 720 and 1080. My phone goes up to 4K. Video lags and is choppy. Turn the app off and shoot video without it and video is perfect. Still have the basic gimbal functions though. Firmware was updated also.

    why when I click the FM+ or FM- button it immediately zooms 10x, not slowly from 1x to 10x...

    Why when I record video using Geenie app the recorded video is luggy? I must use iphone app to be ok.

    I just bought your product moza mini mx from tao bao in a first day in encounter the problem it keep on changing the director and need to restart again and same thing happen again wht should i do?

      @JoY Rabha Hey. I have been using it for close to a year now. Seems fine. Purchased from photography retail chain. They are supporting even with repair.

    The message I get is IN ORDER TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE TO YOU, THE DEVICE MUST BE ACTIVATED FOR THE FIRST CONNECTION, AND THE DEVICE CAN BE USED NORMALLY AFTER COMPLETING THE...? I DONT EVEN HAVE THE REST OF THE MESSAGE BECAUSE IT DOEST SHOWS ON THE GIMBAL APP.

      Same thing but then I got a new phone.... it worked for 2 weeks then it started flashing the light and won't connect to Bluetooth... bricked POS got two weeks out of it and it's garbage. No one replies to the multiple emails messages or even these comments

    Avoid, it vibrated like crazy, app focus popped, never updated firmware then I broke the tiny plastic stop 🛑

    I have only had the mini mx2, about 2 hours and it says on Home Screen update firmware and I have tried, tried and tried and I'm not getting anywhere, it looks like I will return this back to amaazon for a full refund, going by all the comments here.

    Mid March 2022: Cant upgrade firmware, can't use app as it demands firmware upgrade. What a load of rubbish. Android user - tried both One+3 and Pro 6
