Hi! Thanks for a great tutorial. Just have a quick question. I shoot all my footage in vertical mode since it's created mostly for Instagram/TikTok. Let's say I'm trying to do the shot you we're doing with your friend in the tutorial, when you kind of pan down towards his feet - when I do that my phone wont stay in the same vertical postition, but kinda tilts forward instead so I loose the shot. What can I do? I feel like the position of the phone is good since the gimbal can balance it out good, is it a certain mode it needs to be in not to do this? Thanks!

I just bought this slider and it’s absolutely UNUSABLE… and the worst part is that it’s entirely because of the App! The slider actually would work well and is well build but the app is an absolute disaster and needs to be reprogrammed from the ground up ASAP! I don’t understand how you can let this good slider be crippled by something as simple as a terrible app… we need better connection, ways to simply mark I and out points directly right now we have to use control to see the value for in and out and then remember the value, switch to mode, try to slide the points with the slider which never falls right where it needs to and then the start and stop motion is extremely rough making the movements very shaky, useless and unusable. We need slow start and slow stop that actually works. Right now it doesn’t work 90% of the time and loop mode always never works it just crashes… I’m still within my 30 days windows to return it so unless they fix the app very soon, it’s going back

I bought it because vertical use comes to the fore. I think I'm having a balancing problem. It goes into sleep mode when working in inception mode, and the same problem occurs in some modes. Please create educational content about Horizontal and Vertical balancing and settings from scratch
