I have had my Slypod Pro for about a year and really like it. I even use it with my Blackmagic Cinema Camera. Would like to see a device to allow programmed rotation/tilt at the end of the arm.

Hi there, I love the concept of this product, but I noticed there were multiple problems so I report them to you with some suggestions :
-Bad app, needs a redesign
-Improve the signal to avoid disconnections with the phone
-Would be better to have a removable battery because when it dies, the product is good for trash
-A possibility to use it plugged
-Quieter motors
-Make this product compatible with other gimbals so people can use their gimbal when they already have one (it's my case and I'm not interested in buying a second gimbal from you)
-improve stability maybe with the possibility of adding weight to the base
I hope this will help and I'd love to test your product when improved.

When is the app going to get fixed? I cannot do any motion control shots with my Aircross 3 linked with my Slypod. It worked up until a few weeks ago and when I need to go use it, I get nothing but "timed out" in the app repeatedly.

I just bought this slider and it’s absolutely UNUSABLE… and the worst part is that it’s entirely because of the App! The slider actually would work well and is well build but the app is an absolute disaster and needs to be reprogrammed from the ground up ASAP! I don’t understand how you can let this good slider be crippled by something as simple as a terrible app… we need better connection, ways to simply mark I and out points directly right now we have to use control to see the value for in and out and then remember the value, switch to mode, try to slide the points with the slider which never falls right where it needs to and then the start and stop motion is extremely rough making the movements very shaky, useless and unusable. We need slow start and slow stop that actually works. Right now it doesn’t work 90% of the time and loop mode always never works it just crashes… I’m still within my 30 days windows to return it so unless they fix the app very soon, it’s going back
