Sword fish is the ribeye of fish its awesome plan on cooking labor day weekend, I have used my S&S smoked whole fish yellow fin snapper turned out great

Good grilling video. I’m curious how much it cost you to license use of samples from the Heart song “Magic Man”? Last time I checked to do something like that was in the neighborhood of $8,000 to $12,000 depending on what the use was for it

1" at least so you'll get a nice sear without overcooking the interior meat.
Sauce is awesome ! I skipped the butter . Let it reduce on low heat for a good 15 - 20 min . Delishhhh

Dude, you put your charcoal lighting chimney on your cooking grate? Let's take the grate where the food is going to go off, and light the charcoal where is belongs, which is on the grate in the bottom of the bbq
