    Love this, and also love that its on the floor! So important for injuries, preventing injuries, low impact, etc.

    Love this workout! It’s great for abs I feel like I’m getting a bigger curve around my waist and I can see the lines!

    I feel like this is more of a hip workout because i didn’t feel that big of a burn in my thighs but it was still amazing!! thank you!

    Hi! I found your channel about three weeks ago, I do this workout about twice a week, followed by either the 15-Minute Booty Band Butt Workout, or the Lower Abs Booty Band Workout. This workout, specifically, has had such amazing results for me! The big bicycle circles set my legs on fire, but the dinner plate circles just kill me, in the best possible way, of course, lol. My work pants are getting so loose in the hips and thigh, I may need to size down soon, yay! I really appreciate your encouragement during the hard parts, it gives me the motivation to scream it out and keep going. Thank you so much!

    Hey girl .
    I only have inner and outer thighs problem I have done the workout and it really burns thank you I am sharing my results after 15 or 30 days I hope I get the great thighs that I had before 5 months and yeah bye

    loved it but the last one I couldn't do it my bend leg kept slipping out I hope you understood what I ment .
    another thing how many times a week should I do it along with cardio to get good results?

      Update - So i did do it for nearly 1 month but then i realised that it was too simple for me. But for those starting it is perfect.
      I actually combined this exercise with a 10000 steps challenge video. I did after that see great result.

      I don’t see any difference
      I love the fact that I can do it on my bed
      And I fell good after doing this excercise
      It will take time time dear too see visual change
