I disagree. I know a LOT of women who very very attractive (8's to 10) that only chased chads and ended up in their late 30's alone, and even now are in the 40's and 50's and never married. The current mating paradigm is a zero sum game that by its very nature can only ever be won by a small minority of the male population. Reform of that paradigm is the only real solution. These societal dynamics must be changed, or else the majority of men will not be able to reproduce, which is the fundamental purpose of all life. Because women are no longer economically tied to men to survive, this leaves them more free to pursue men based on pure physical desire than any other factor. You seem to be missing a major point. The only possoble flaw I found in this logic is that it isn´t a hard line between chad and average guy to settle for. Some guy might be high tier normies or chad lites and still in her friendzone. In this case I'd value the chad choice a -1 only because marriage is highly disadvangeous. But if a woman settles, let's just say for the JBF theory on great scale, chad doesn't have a big loss because he's obliged too to settle to have access to sex.
The woman choice (remember I'm valuing the current culture and not the objective moral good and I'm talking about younger women not postwall) probably is -2 too because although she could be satisifed and genuinely in love with the guy, in a way she probably knows she's giving up better genetics and hopes she could get a chad if she got in the market.
2- Chad wants to settle and woman DOESN't settles for the avg man:
Chad: -3
Woman: +8
In this case I'd value the chad choice a -3 because marriage is highly disadvangeous AND because he's giving up lots of women that don't settle now.
I give women a +8 here because they feel like they are locking down prince charming and they are winning at life. They locked down the chad.
3- Chad DOESN'T settle (he goes for the rampage bodycount) and the woman does settle for the avg guy:

I disagree. I know a LOT of women who very very attractive (8's to 10) that only chased chads and ended up in their late 30's alone, and even now are in the 40's and 50's and never married. I think the problem is only going to get worse. As you said, a woman can get a 6ft+, decent man more or less in an instance, assuming she's a 5/10 or above. The only real solution is to level up to the absolute maximum potential. If you're screwed by bad genetics then do everything in your control to damage limit the problem. The only possoble flaw I found in this logic is that it isn´t a hard line between chad and average guy to settle for. Some guy might be high tier normies or chad lites and still in her friendzone. The problem here is that the more attractive her back up guy is, the less time she has before another women he simps for decides to settle for him. There´s a lot of tiktoks out there about girls getting mad that her backup guy who they rejected three times now has a girlfriend. Which is why the only way for an average guy today to have a good shot at finding a decent woman willing to be loyal to him is to look for a wife in countries that are in a social/cultural/economic/legal paradigm similar to how it was in the West before circa 1965. Countries that do not have robust social welfare systems, that have strong gender roles, where marriage is taken seriously and divorce is taboo or legally difficult for a woman to obtain, and where single mothers and divorcees are considered untouchable in the dating and marriage market. Fortunately there are many countries that still check most or even all of those boxes. But you won't find them in the West nowadays.

The average man today is physically less attractive than men from 80 years ago. If uou look at a lot of the old pictures of young men from 1940s 1950s, they all were tall, fit and decent faces. The "average" guy in the 1950s probably would be an 8 today because a lot of young guys today are overweight and shorter. Maybe it's the processed food and subpar mixing of races, but now people are a lot less naturally attractive, especially young men.
