    Great interview tips @sakshianad . Thank you @Akshaysaini for taking time conduct these interviews. These interviews definitely help many folks who is preparing for interviews. Attitude, discipline, dedication is very important regardless of which roll you are playing . Once you cross 10+ years of experience no one cares about what we studied during college days. Relationships are more important in career growth. I throughly enjoyed and learn some tips what’s going on with developer world. I am more into DevOps side. I like algorithms and teach data structures for MSC candidates in 2000.

    Akshay, how do we actually approach such companies like PayPal for an interview ? I am having a 5+ years of experience now in JS (Angular,Node) and Core Java in a product based company, now looking for a change. Preparation wise although I am clear, I am not so sure on how to approach this big product companies for an interview or opportunity. Can you throw some light on this, as to how we can get information on such vacancies, as in if there is any common forum,etc. I have used Naukri etc but seldom get calls from big companies.

    • @akshaymarch7
      @akshaymarch7  Před 4 lety +38

      Various ways:
      0. Job Portals like Naukri, Instahyre, Monster, etc.
      1. Referrals from friends
      2. Approach Recruiters on LinkedIn
      3. Consulting Agency people on LinkedIn
      4. Careers Section on the company website
      5. LinkedIn jobs section
      6. Online tests on platforms like HackerEarth, Hackerrank and others
      Right now, only these are the top ones in my mind. I'll add more here if I recall.

My question is will I have opportunities to get into good companies? by just having BCA degree or it is important to have a higher degree as I see we BCA graduates are not having many oppurtunies as comapred to engineering graduates.
