    BA is more into tactical side of product development, whereas PM is more into strategic side. Balancing the needle keeps us moving in right direction.

    Did not know that Rani Mukherjee landed in to Product Manager role... Jokes apart I am into the BA role for 9 years now, want to shift to product manager. Is ISB Product Management course really worth it ?

      There are many courses available today Subhrajit with different value propositions. Form your own criteria for selecting a course and see if the ISB PM Course fits into those.

    Measuring productivity is an interesting question, I think this needs a bit more grooming for understanding the requirements.
