Before that, you could get away with pretty much anything. But past 30 you need to start incorporate mental/physical maintenance into your weekly routine.

Unboxing items you've bought, opening mystery boxes, could be games, joysticks, phones any trinket at all, always find those fun as you have a unique way of doing that and doesn't have to be anything too expensive either. Have a good one.

Mentally and physically we are affected by the food we put into our bodies. I started carnivore a few months ago and physically and mentally it has made a huge impact on my life. If you want you should give it a go, nothing to lose except your sanity, lol. If you do however try it out give give it at least 30 days and see if it works for you. I saw your health video a while back and honestly I have been wanting to suggest this for some time now. You are a lovely person and deserve better for your health.
Don't let your adoring fans make you feel pressured to churn out content... Work life balance and all that. But seriously you've a great voice and you regular get me laughing, you're up there with my faves to listen to alongside spiffing Brit and internet historian ❤

I think you should broaden your content. Yes we are all here primarily for kingdom come, so obviously there's not enough material at the moment. I recommend start content on other games movies that are somewhat adjacent to kingdom come.
