DOM is a lock manufacturer, like Schlage or Kwikset.
The driver pins you see in the video are OEM factory made pins, uniquely designed by DOM.
Rattle snake (driver) pins is a nick name lock pickers gave to that style of driver pin.
Often times, you will see challenge lock makers who will mimic the Factory Designed DOM rattle snake driver pins.
