Can you suggest something for those who have the problems of planter fasciitis and heel spur, I am an athlete and now I can't run because of this problem I tried all things but the problems not cured completely it's 70 percent cured but still it pains while running, do you have any suggestions to cure this problem.
hi dude. Im a beginner and can hardly run 5k & on the same page with plantar fasciitis. I went through some trial and error but the pain still exists. I have recently met a doctor of sports medicine who is also an ultra runner. He checked my leg movements and found it to be stiff and weak in calves, quads and hamstrings. The ankle and hip mobility is also very limited. Asked me to do exercises to strenghten and open up all these muscles/joints. Also doing hot water soak 1-2 times a day. Its feeling better but results will say after 1-2 months. Also the techniques are very important as shown in video. Need to land soft and use soft surfaces.
