I have a question: an old Advent aftermarket multimedia car radio, ( ADVUV630) it was working fine, I tried to upload the new firmware, from the Advent web page, but by mistake I uploaded other firmware file. the radio accepted the software but when was 100% completed it went off by itself and I couldn't turn the radio on again. Do you know if there is any way to "restore" the basic OS to be able to turn it on?

I have a 2018 mustang so it already had a touchscreen. It had a report that the screen doesn’t respond at times. I didn’t have any problems until winter came and it wouldn’t work most of the time. Then it was the cold that made it not work and would only work if the car was running for awhile or when it was at a warm hot temperature. Now that winter is over it’s not working at all. Is this repairable or no ?
What do u do if the there is a quarter side water spot between raido and screen? Everything works as of now.

Hello I bought a Raxiom aftermarket touch screen with nav for my 2011 Mustang the car has very low miles and I hardly drive it the screen sometimes works other times it does nothing I cannot adjust anything on the screen most times . I bought the unit brand new from American Muscle which is way out of warranty and they have offered no help in remedy the problem. I touch the screen some of the pressure points work then others don't. What could be wrong?? Thanks

Hi men. i have a xtron android unit brand new 10.1 . when i install i rotate the lcd screen fir check how looks then when i put in place i note the lcd has a little freeplay you know its wiggle a little and not hold in pace its weird because before of move it this things was a little hard for move it let me know and yes i do it carefully im ticky person

There are some rare occurrences that the vehicle is a little stubborn on fully accepting the UAQ system, so what you're experiencing is a miscommunication between the BCM and the UAQ. You're going to have to do a canbus reset, which should clear that residual charge and allow the communication to work properly. There are two ways to do a canbus reset, one, you could disconnect your negative terminal on your battery for about 20-30 minutes (both batteries if the vehicle has two). Or the faster way, disconnect your batter terminals (both if you have two) touch the positive and negative leads together (one at a time with both disconnected from the batteries if two batteries are present), then wait about 10 minutes than reattach the terminals and restart the vehicle.
