    How do you use the _while you're at it_ technique? Ever make a big batch meal? Cut up some raw veggies? Fill your oven?

    Great food prep tips from an awesome dietitian! I do this with quinoa - make a big pot and use it during the week in omelettes, stews, soups and salads.
