    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. czcams.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    Hi Kayla! I am a new subscriber but I am obsessed!!! I have tried 2 weeks of healthy weight loss meal prep and am working on the 3rd for next week. I know this must be a LOT of work for you, but I would love to see more!!! I always said if someone would just tell me what to eat, I would do it!! And you did!! I have lost 6 lbs so far after years of consistent losing and gaining (mostly gaining!). Thanks so much and please keep them coming!!

      So happy to hear this! 🥰 It takes about 3 weeks from start to finish with the 5-day meal preps (planning, filming, editing, blog post, grocery pdf, etc) but I do plan on posting as much of these as I can in 2024 ☺️

    I'm a hairstylist and have a busy schedule. Meal prepping has saved me from starving and helped me lose weight . I started in December following your meal plans and haven't stopped since. Everyone around me has seen the difference, and I tell them its KAYLA! KAYLA CHANDLER! GO ON CZcams!

    I made the frittata with crumbled tofu instead of the meat and added canned black lentils. I sprinkled hemp seeds on top. It turned out great and loaded with proteins!

    I made the shrimp pasta salad and HOLY it is SO GOOD!!!!!
    I also made the meal prep week with the carrot/apple muffins, turkey sausage, chicken power bowl, and hamburger soup. My husband is OBSESSED with the turkey sausages, and now I have to make extra for him 😅.

    I was so excited to find all this healthy meal preps. The trouble for me is I cannot find the recipes. Maybe they're in a group I'll have to join.     The rice and cauliflower mixture is smart. I am not a big fan of cauliflower but white quinoa could be a good substitute.

    Ohmygoodness! Your last one with the soup and avocado was amazing!! Never would of thought to add avocado to it, and it definitely hit the spot!

    Love how organized you are on your website and how easy it makes for us viewers to repeat your weekly meal preps! Also love that the macros are so spot on. My doctor just told me I'm diabetic so I worry that the honey in some of your recipes (Orange Chicken) might cause my blood sugar to spike but I'm trying it anyway!

    Kayla thank you so much for these meal plans and grocery list they are great and the meals are so good I made the hamburger turkey soup last week and the Mediterranean chicken salad and stuff sweet potatoes with chili this week they are so good since I'm a guy I add a few more calories to make up[ for what I might need.     I’m a college student and I have been trying to get into meal prep for those busy days on campus and putting all my time to work and school. I don’t need to loss weight but I don’t need to get all my vitamins and minerals/veggies and fruits. As a college student chips from the vending machine is a go to buy I don’t want that to be my meals

    I tried your 5 day meal plan for the first time. It’s was so good. You incorporated seasoning’s that made each dish stand out without having to put a ton of salt for taste. Each meal was very filling. I can’t wait to try more of your plans.

    Kayla thank you so much for the delicious recipes and work it takes to make these awesome videos. This weekend I made your hamburger soup, apple carrot muffins (added a splash of buttermilk and some walnuts). the turkey sausage bites and pasta salad. (some recipes from other weeks) All are delicious and my dad even enjoyed some soup. I feel like I can stay full with such healthy food and stick to my weight loss plan without starving or eating a ton of fat. THANK YOU!!!

    Hey Kayla, I'm so thankful for these 5 day weightloss meal preps and your time and details you put into each one of them. If I don't plan, I scrimmage around to find something to eat. I bet Darrell is having a blast eatting them with you. (My hubby is a meat potatoes bread kindof guy). I've been binge watching you for several days now and am very impressed. How much weight have you lost eating these meals? You look georgeous! I'm trying to figure out how to sub for items I'm allergic to (peppers, celery, eggplant, pork, tuna, olives, MSG, etc) and also watch bad fats and my already high cholesterol as well as being allergic to a ton of stuff but thank goodness I'm not gluten or dairy sensitive! I luv luv your style, personality, to hear you talk and to watch you cook. You're awesome. Please keep doing this and as I continue my journey to lose 100lbs, I pray this works for me as well. (BTW I sent you PM if you get a min). I've lost 20 gained 10, lost 30 more in 3.5 years and I'm not ok with that. But God... placed me here! (I love But God statements cause something big is about to happen!)

    I made all three except for the dessert. They were all so good. The frittata-I added the Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce on top to it (you’re welcome)! Great recipes. I can’t wait to try new ones. I wonder if some of your recipes are Flavcity inspired. If not, you should definitely look into it.

    That is a great tip to prepare rice! Sometimes regular rice is too heavy, and cauliflower rice is not filling enough

    New subscriber! My sister just turned me to your channel. She actually bought all the containers and the groceries and created all the meals from one of your videos that you made a really yummy hamburger soup as well as breakfast sausage and yogurt blueberries. I've been doing Weight Watchers for the last year-and-a-half and I've lost 85 lbs. But I've been struggling to lose these last 10 lb. Are also suffer with inflammation and temptation so I'm going to try this meal prep situation I'm really give it a chance.. thank you for sharing all of this with us. My sister made the muffins that have almond flour as well as carrots and apples and those are so delicious!
