I just cook the whole meal prep. ( I skipped blueberries and spinach) I am a person who cooks from scratch and I was surprise how tasty everything is. I would love to get more videos of lose weight prep with grocery lists. Even if you don’t need to lose weight this is so time saving. You cook 3 hours then no cooking for 5 days. Winner! Thank you!
IKR! meal prepping is such a time saver in the long run! I try to make my meals as tasty and healthy as possible without using a bunch of exotic expensive ingredients so I’m glad you appreciate that 😌 I have several more 5-day menus on my blog with grocery lists as well 🥰

Hack for blueberries, you can freeze the fresh blueberries, then dip. The yogurt sticks better. 😉

These power bowls are so incredible, they are so healthy and jam packed with good food. I have an hour commute to work and even with a full night's rest I would still get drowsy on the drive. I just made the Roasted Veggie and Chicken Power Bowl and I must say it was delicious! The sweet potatoes made it and the vinaigrette was a nice touch. I'm not a fan of chicken breast but shredding it made it sooo much better. These recipe ideas are amazing!

Hi Kayla!! My family & I have been watching your videos for awhile now & this year we decided to try your meal preps. So, we started w/this one this past week and I will say...WooHOOOOO!!! No leftovers. Nothing going to waste. Our family ate everything we made. We did not make everything to a "t" like yours, but for the most part we followed it. We did the sweet potatoes & beets. The breakfast sausage & muffins. These items we actually made enough to take all week to work. The soup, we just made for dinner one night and it was delicious. This week, we are doing your meal prep from last January of 2022. Our family is not the best at meal prepping, but we are learning and we are excited to follow more of your preps. You asked if your followers would like you to make more videos like this, and our answer is "yes." We would love to have more videos. Thank you for sharing your amazing talents w/the world. So delicious! I've been on this for 3 days: lost 2 pounds, and I feel SO much better already! I'm only eating the breakfast and lunch because it's all so filling, but I will do it again next week with the dinner. Breakfast recipes are indefinitely on repeat, they're my favorite! I just made the Turkey sausage patties. The only thing I did differently was only using 1/2 tsp salt instead of a whole tsp. These are sooooooo amazing!!!! I was skeptical about blueberries mixed with ground turkey but you are a genius!! Now on my permanent rotation!! Thanks!!!!❤❤❤❤
