My favorites are brush teeth after eating, and I actually value flossing even more. I floss about three times a day. I hate my teeth being dirty 😖. Discourages me from eating. Then if I find myself taking a bite of something mindlessly and dirtying up my teeth I realize I’m hungry lol. The smaller plates is so true and stop chewing gum! Drink tons of water. Have one cup that you fill up a certain number of times a day. And intermittent fasting. I love to stop eating by 5 or so and remember that skinny girls are hungry lol. I do that a lot. Cause when I look at skinny girls, they’re tummy’s are flat. That means they aren’t bloated and they didn’t eat until they were very full. They just ate enough to live, to fuel up. That’s it. Great tip to wear the pants that make your belly feel fat lol. That’s hilarious, I can’t Believe I finally found a video that says everything I have learned over the last 35 years of trying to stay small. I got up to 250 and now I’m back down to 185 thanks to doing many of these things, and trying to learn to love real food lol 😆

but the cauliflower smoothie hack only works if you have a very powerful blender and even then you really have to chug it down because when that blended cauliflower defrosts the tiniest bit the texture comes back and it's nasty

Love the quart jar hack to track water 💧 one of my favorite snacks for when I’m craving something sweet is a cold apple from the refrigerator dipped in unsweetened nut butter. It’s refreshing, sweet and filling 🍎

Tip 24 is a good one. I've been wearing a pregnancy support band to feel snugness around my midriff. I hadn't realised how much weight I'd put on as I've been wearing comfy clothes at home during lockdowns.

Thank you for all the great tips! I love the idea of brushing your teeth after! However because our enamel softens when we eat we must wait at least 30 mins before brushing so that we don’t spread the acids and sugars all over. 😊
This video was wonderful. Some ideas I knew (like the smaller plate and cinnamon eg) but many I did not really think about! On another note can I just say how beautiful you are, even in that scene with absolutely no makeup on heading off to the gym! 💗🙏🌺
I try to sleep much longer than I do but I toss and turn alot and can never stay asleep. My body wakes up sooner than when I want to get out of bed. Not sure what to do about that. I have tried intermittent fasting but cannot get out of thinking about food at certain times of the day. Maybe I will try again. How do you know when you are 80% full? Its hard to not eat everything on your plate. I HATE wasting food when there are so many that go hungry - it is so ingrained into my brain. When I chew gum, it keeps me from eating. But I understand why you think or others think it triggers hunger. By the way, the Ninja Foodie and the practically any air fryer has a hefty price tag on it. For us frugal eaters or those who cannot immediately afford these items, can you do a video for us? Would love to see some crock pot recipes.
You had me with everything but the sauna, sweating does not equal fat loss, it equals water loss. You could say the same thing about being cold....Your body actually burns more calories trying to warm itself up to maintain core body temp.

Yes! I try to always do this right after eating dinner... it really helps! Funny enough, my boyfriend is the one who turned me on to this because I noticed he does it without realizing it and he never snacks after eating dinner :)

I can't get into meal prepping. The same things 5 days in a row don't work for me. 4 day old chicken, no thanks. I've tried, I reheat it, and then I just poke at it. Only a few things make good leftovers, and it's usually Italian food or a stew. Not much else gets better sitting. Any ideas ?
Instead of prepping and cooking a weeks worth of meals in one day, you could plan out your meals and pre-prep your ingredients. Pre chop your fruits and veg, that way you’ll have them when you’re ready to cook or for snacks. Pack leftovers the night before to take to work the next day.
I'm a bit confused about the sauna hack. I always heard that something like that only removes water weight. Is that not true?

I did IF in 2017 and lost so much weight- after I lost the weight I stopped IF ( my mistake ) but now when I try it it doesn’t work at all... can you give me some advice on why that may be?

Thank You! It can be helpful to those who struggle with constipation, but I would definitely recommend using it in moderation as too much can cause bloating, GI upset, etc. I actually use it in my colon cleansing smoothie on my website. You can search it on kaylachandler.com for an idea of portion sizes 😊

Most of us are addicted to sugar and sodium thanks to the food industry. People who have alcohol or cigarette addictions get lots of sympathy. Addicting people to life threatening chemicals then blaming THEM for no will power is wrong. Once you eat clean, unprocessed foods you realize it's not your fault.
