Join me to learn 5 tips to inspire you to make nurturing friendships as an adult. Making friends in adulthood is hard, we're a society that's also feeling lonely, more than ever before, thanks to the pandemic and to our use of technology. I never thought that, when I was a little kid at school, about how hard that would be to make friends as an adult and how I’ll continuously have to work hard to have friends.
*Also I apologize for the sounds of the cicadas/crickets outside, this was filmed in the peak of Summer in Japan.

Always LOVE your videos and the topics you pick! Well done and learned a lot. Messaged a friend today and got exciting updates from them. Feeling good! 🎉❤😊
I appreciate your kind comment, soo much. These are topics that have been on my heart, that I hope are relatable, make us feel more connected (as that's what technology is meant to do) and like you said feel good ✨. So glad you messaged your friend, we tend to forget to make the first move to keep in touch. Thanks again 💜
Hey, great video and thanks for sharing. Good topic! And yeah vulnerability is super important. Also you've got such a wonderful surrounding. Dream. I came here after watching your no shampoo vid; and was wondering if you're still into no-shampoo? Your hair looks great.
Hello, thanks for your kind comment. I am no longer doing no poo, but I don't shampoo that often. My dandruff and itchy flakes got much worse. Possibly from my environment, wearing a beanie in winter too. At the moment after using dandruff shampoo, nothing fancy from the japanese drugstore. It has now gotten less itchy and a little more greasy. So I'm shampooing when it needs to be done. I just needed to use something to combat the fungi of drandruff on my scalp and soothe the scalp from itching. But I also think that trying it for the time that I did, did help my hair's health overall and returning to a natural colour. Not dyeing my hair.
