    This video tutorial is excellent. You're clearly so skilled and thank you for creating this.
    You explain the techniques really clearly and I'm using this tutorial regularly and am seeing improvements in my handstands.
    I've been trying to get away from the wall for years.

    I've been practicing yoga for a really long time, and find your videos really wonderful and helpful. I'm "older" and have a bad left shoulder that can come out of the socket so handstands have been my nemesis, but with this video I believe I'll finally have the courage to succeed - Namaste.

    I love the way you teach, ...gives me a lot of calm and confidence.... in the past, this exercises was almost "Sci.Fi" to me..I see it very close now, thank you very much again!!

      Wow that’s fantastic, Thankyou so much. I’m working on my core etc in order to get pincha, and headstands are an area I haven’t focussed on at all. I want to get strong enough to reach headstand from a straight leg raise. I have a long way to go!

    Can you show how to fall over please. I am so dependent to the wall. Would love to try to practice without the wall.
