This is a hand-picked collection of my best yoga classes taught online over the last 4 years. These classes were originally only offered to my yoga teacher trainees and alumni, but now for the first time ever I’m opening them to the public.
Who is The Yoga Class Collection for? The dedicated yoga student. Classes are clearly organized by level, time duration and pose highlights. You’ll get:

Hi Cathy, very very helpful video, indeed! I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. My goal is to do a muscle-up on the rings. Im 76 year old male and I do a lot of stretching exercises, I want to be able to learn how to do the splits…front and side (another goal). So after watching this particular video I think I should also enrol in yoga class at my gym🤔 I have subscribed to your channel to learn more of what you teach. Very inspired by what you have just presented to me in just 5 minutes. Your presentation was first class 👍thank you very much. Looking forward to learning more ‘tips” from you.😊

@@rozzo8888cows milk doesn’t belong in the human body. It’s for cows only- this should be common sense. This is why cows milk causes so many issues for us

Great cues! Idk why but even as a yoga instructor with so many years of practice I’ve never been able to shoot back into chaturunga from crow. Even when I lean forward all the way. Not sure if it’s in my head, but I know I have the strength from all the other poses I do. Any insight you have would be helpful thanks!

What a beautifully crafted video, I'm so excited to work through these. As a newly qualified yoga teacher, I feel very conscious that I am still unable to do a full push up into chaturanga. I intend to follow your guidance & do the reps three times per week, I've never seen it broken down like this. I'm so grateful.
