Love your videos and HS tutorials! I would love to share my progress with you. I work on core and shoulders almost every day. I can kick up, but my holds are not consistent. Anywhere from 3 seconds or less to a max of 19 seconds. And my success is about 30% or less! I've been practicing for 18 months and I'm over 50 yo. Can I send you a video?
