    In Primowaves video, it refers to earlier year models of the ES 350 and Camry, which the results or outcome may be a lot different than comparing the same 2 vehicles today in 2023.
    In many ways the 2023/2024 Camry XSE V6 and Lexus ES 350 (with V6) are alike in terms of powertrain. The Lexus ES 350 does offer 1 more year of Basic, Corrosion, and Drivetrain Warranty. Lexus has better faux leather seats, and with selected Options get many amenities plus the Mark Levinson Sound System for roughly $52,000 whereas a fully loaded Camry XSE V6 is under $42,000. Therefore, in performance and handling the Camry and ES 350 are much the same. The Camry is roomier even though dimension pertaining to the ES would suggest otherwise. The ES 350 is a bit more quieter, ever so slightly more comfortable, has a better looking interior, the very nice ML sound system, a mature body style, and it is built a little better than the Camry. For the difference in cost of $10K with both having all available options, the ES 350 depends on what you realistically can afford. They are both rated 22 City/ 32 Highway MPG. As much as I like the Lexus ES 350, not in my budget but if able to afford it I would think logical and serious about it, I'd take the $10K and invest towards retirement and buy the Camry XSE V6. Is there someone you want to impress or going to flaunt with the Lexus ES 350? Are you giving people an false image or illusion that you got money because you drive a Lexus? If you are a family man, the Camry will do fine. Save that $10K for a rainy day, kids education, a better home, or toward your retirement as financial security. Now if money is no object, get the Lexus ES 350.

    Your calculation is wrong in terms of fuel consumption.
    60kilometers per 1 litre?
    45 kilometers per 1 litre?
    Its not realistic
    The camry has 25mpg city/ 35mpg Highway for four cylinder
    And 21 mpg city / 30 mpg highway for V6 engines
    Iv not googled for the Lexus 350 but will update immediately
    And there is nothing like V4 engine
    Its four cylinder I4 or V6.please take note

      thanks for correcting that the camry uses a straight 4 engine. however, there are V4 engines and they were once used in the past of cars but that was decades ago. they are now majorly used in motorcycles.

    Go drive a 2012 ES 350....then a 2012 Camry. Totally different driving experience. The ES 350 was assembled in the LEXUS factory in Japan.

    The Camry uses a straight 4 engine, not a V4. The Cylinders are in straight formation, not opposing. V4 engines are mostly used in Motorcycles nowadays

    I differ on your assumption about the durability....
    Lexus is a TOYOTA brand, please don't forget that, and also the durability comes with maintenance, even if you don't maintain Camry well, it will not be durable at all.

      @primoautos  Před 9 měsíci +4

      I agree with you that they are both Japanese brands however, not even all the models of the Corolla are strong alike, for instance the 2004-2007 have stronger body when compared to the 2012 which is why there's a higher demand for the 2004-2007 when compared to other years

    I ‘owned’ a 2008 Camry 4 cylinder, 1 owner for several years. It had less than 60,000 miles on it when i sold it earlier this years. I bought a 2008 es350 with twice the mileage. The es350 is on the same chaise as the Avalon not a Camry. Camrys are made where they’re sold. Es350s are made in Japan. 2007-8 Camry are very susceptible to burning oil.(lots of oil). Fit and finish and electronics are not even compatible. I currently own a 2003 Lexus LS430 (4.3 v8 best engine toyota ever made), and a 2008 and a 2012 Lexus es350, both are very good cars. I have no regrets selling my 2008 Camry, even with its low mileage.
