I’m definitely ordering! You’re customer service is top notch! It was a pleasant experience when I ordered a spring kit from M carbo for my tc compass. I always recommend you to all that those in the market and they all say the same thing. Great products and great customer service!
Holy cow!!!!! Seen this video a while ago, finally got the spring and holy shoot!!!! This made my trigger a true hair trigger. Absolutely impressed. Thank you so much!!!!
I just put MCarbo springs into my Tikka T3X Ember 6.5 PRC and Super Varmint .223. I couldn’t be more pleased. Easy install and a perfect trigger pull! Can’t thank you enough.
I've been a Remington guy for years. I've just purchased my first Tikka rifle and I am very impressed with the Quality and excellent accuracy of the weapon. I've been thinking about adding one more to my collection
Great product, great videos, quick , no unnecessary info. Thanks.,.
My Tikka T3X does not have the metal fin. I can adjust the small trigger bolt, which clears the large bolt head without adjustment, so I didn't need to remove it or the trigger housing. Installation and adjustment is super easy! Thanks M*CARBO
my tikkas came set at 2.5 and 3 pounds no need for adjusting a great factory trigger. Your kit did make a huge difference in savage axis though
Thank you! Mine is on the way!
what is the torque spec for the trigger assembly bolt and action bolt?
Awesome going to order 2 Big thanks
Sako have designed the trigger to be adjusted between 2 to 4 lbs.
Would like to see you do a slam test on video.
Your original trigger pull test on the factory spring didn't take in to account that it too can be adjusted out to hit the trigger to action bolt. This normally gives you about a 2.5lbs let off. However, your lighter spring will get you about 1lb below that as shown in the video. You make good products.
Agree and came for this comment
Yeah. I just picked up a Tx today. Adjusted the trigger and it's at just a little under 2.5 lbs and I still had room for adjustment. I'm good.
What do you set your torque on the working screws?
Do you use a torque wrench on trigger assembly bolts?
Thank you.
Where can I get a replacement grub/set screw for trigger? Lost mine while trying to change out springs.
I changed the trigger spring today morning after watching your video. Did it exactly as you showed. Must add that make sure you remove the bolt. I did not and after l put the trigger back the bolt jammed. But it became normal once l got it to open. The trigger pull is fantastic now.
Video literally says to do that
@@pchoate_3377 yes. My fault. After that l changed the spring of my Sako. Did not make the same mistake twice.
Nice video!!! I had to see it a few times to follow your speed, maybe too much Colombian Coffee? :) . Again, real good video!
Most likely.
Maybe my mm Allen’s are off but I needed 5.5 and 3?
You say it passes the bump test, which test was that, perhaps I missed in the video?
What’s the torque rating on the screws? 40 in/lbs?
I just got mine in the mail today, and installed about 20 seconds ago lol I love these... put this one on a tikka t3x stainless 22-250, can't wait to shoot it, the other is on a tikka ctr 6.5 Creedmoor and it has yet to be fired
How do you like the Tikka 22-250
I'm looking at one in 22-250, or 243 or 6mm creedmoor if available
@@robertsalyers1351 the tikka 22-250 i have is one with the 1:8 twist... so I've got some 68, 73, and 75 grain shells loaded for it. they all shot a group you could cover with a dime. I've also got a tikka 243 superlite that's stainless/fluted I've been dying to shoot. me personally I'd go with the 22-250 or 243 just because of ammo availability etc. if you're into stainless fluted tikkas look at sportsmans warehouse they're an exclusive dealer for them. you just gotta be close to one of their stores. the next one i get will be a 7mm-08. as I've got a bunch of tikka 308s
Thanks for the reply
Great video, but man you must love coffee....no offense....super video. Quick, precise and great info.
That about the T1 22lr rifle trigger spring
How about the tikka t1 rimfire rifle ... got a spring for that trigger ?
Our Tikka T-3 kit will function in the T-1 rimfire model.
Torque settings for the stock bolts?
they're in the manual.
Can I order a trigger?
I just put this spring in. My wheeler gauge is showing 1 pound 1 ounce.
Before the spring it was 3 pounds 5 ounces.
The set screw is already in pretty deep. I assume I can damage the aluminum if I keep tightening it right?
i mean yea. what did you put it in specifically?
@@Kartyman550 T3 Tactical
Had to watch this video. My trigger came from the factory at 3lbs. I adjusted to 1.75 lbs. So please, where is the advantage in this case?
Don't tell no one it's a secret 😉
@@robertsalyers1351 😉
You have a good one. Mine factory went down to 2.5lbs.
@@latorgator23 👍 I like my trigger.
Gee let me guess.. if you want to go lower than 1.75lbs?
How is it a kit when its just one spring?
It comes with any tool a person might need for their Tikka. Sure, you probably already have that tool, but you didn't need to buy it for this.
I find it very odd referring to one single little spring as a "kit". My guess is it's your way of trying to justify $20 CAD for a spring that cost less than a dollar.
I think I'll just order a bulk pack for the same price and hand them out to shooting buddies and people at the range.
Very good and informativ video but maybee you can talk a bit more slowly.
$7 for shipping a spring? nope
Good video but lay off the blow.
why talk so fast and loud ? wouldn`t it be better to talk through slightly slower so anyone can take all the information in ? yes i know you can replay!
Yes Sir, new videos are done with way less coffee! This is an older one.
@@MCARBO fast loud and caffeinated is ideal for me lol
