    I am so happy i found your page. I have heart failure and bad hips and knees so for me traditional workouts are really hard. Finding your page has helped me so much with helping strengthen my legs.

    These routines are great for the office. I already do some movements from the other workouts at my desk, working the abs and legs for a few minutes when I get time. Every burned calorie matters!
