You can follow this guide along from the very start! If you want to know when to stop using it, I've actually had pretty solid success using this one up to around level 70 before I swapped to something else, but it could probably go alot further so long as you keep updating your gear

I don't sadly as its not really something I've played past level 55-60, I wouldnt feel comfortable giving you anything that I cant say is good or not. I've used this build on spellbade for leveling and it works perfectly fine :) Respecing takes very little time once you're ready to swap so you won't really lose out on anything by trying it if you want to
