I know there will be a lot of discussion about my list, and I encourage it! Just be respectful of everyone's opinions. It is very hard to compare hard hits to flips, and everyone's judgement of a worse crash will be different. However, hope you enjoyed! Part two out NEXT FRIDAY!
Lmao one day too late for buescher
Only one I'd argue is Hamlin, that Watkins Glen wreck was worse IMO, just didn't have the repercussions that California did.
My understanding is that flips look bad, but are (usually) not that bad, because the car sheds energy slowly. They are bad when combined with a hard hit (as we saw with Newman). Overall, i would rather be in a straight flip at high speed than a hit at medium speed into a non-SAFER barrier. Obviously, I wouldn't want to be in either
Jiimmy Johnson had one at Pocono that was probably just as hard if not harder. Similar to this one, brakes went out going into turn 1
I think chase elliotts wreck should have been that one at talledaga when he almost flipped
Every other drivers: Hard hits, flips and even injuries
Timmy Hill and Joey Gase: running into the back of someone under yellow and getting hit in practice respectively
I would argue that the hit Timmy Hill took at the first Kentucky Xfinity race this year was harder than the one in this video
That’s good it means there not tearing up equipment
@@boltracing4856 ...Wha? A destroyed car is a destroyed car
Today I realized how many driver's last names start with B
Funny
And k
You right
🅱️
Bell
Blaney
Bowman
Bowyer
Buescher
Busch
Byron
"The big one."
Like tossing a bucket full of Hot Wheels out onto the driveway, only with people in them.
Yep
Can we have a moment of silence for Joey Gase.......
His worst wreck ever was in final practice
And he was stopped as well
Ernie Irvan would like a word.
Too damn slow to cause a wreck in a race
Not surprised
Michael Waltrip's is the worst of all, and McDowell was timing in.
Darrell raises a good question at 6:30 "How many times have we seen a car land on top of Ryan Newman?" is honestly worthy of a video of its own
a perfect video for raw gator lmao
I hope Preece isn't in this because it would be out dated already
Luckily, Preece will be in part 2!
nascarfan4888JJ phewy
Phew
#98 Doge Coin Car why have I not subbed to u yet
I feel Dibenidetto may be outdated too
I w o n d e r w h a t R y a n N e w m a n s w i l l b e
Hmmmmmmm
to be fair you have a solid 20 to pick from, dude had a car on top of him twice in just this video and it wasn't even his turn yet lol
@@scottmelski457 I was going to say the same thing. Dude has had a ton of nasty ones but yeah Daytona takes the cake. Also JJs Pocono crash rivals the Watkins Glen one for hard hits.
Scott Melski It’s probably either Daytona 2003 or 2020
@@scottmelski457 he has had like 10 total ontop of him lol
Newman's seen the bottom of these cars so much you could probably quiz him on it.
0:51 OK VINCE!!! I'll watch it! You don't have to be a jerk
W A T C H I T
Chris buescher vs Talladega: 2 near flips + a barrel roll
That was an impressive piece of driving tho when he got back upright and didn't even hit the wall!!
Let me just say this is only nearly 5 days later and this already has nearly 20 likes lol
The fact that Chris Buesher flipped at dega and won at Pocono the same season is just incredible
Nah, not really
And the fact that kyle got injured and got champion in the same year do ya miss that?
Rain is a good thing! 😂
@@yourboyzack6536 wasnt his win because it became crazy foggy and they had to call it lol
I remember Jimmie Johnson's wreck at the Glen when it happened live...I thought they were going to have to pour his liquefied remains out...
I think that is the same corner that took JD McDuffie's life.
McDuffie is the reason they have the bus stop. Before it was a straight the whole way.
Everyone gather around, it's time for Jimmie Johnson Soup
5:28 Completely forgot Terry was in that race.
"How many times have we seen a car land on top of Ryan Newman?" LMAOOOO
I think Buescher’s 2019 Dega spring wreck was worse for him. He got turned hard into the outside wall and then hit hard from behind
nah, when he flipped. Overturned cars are always scary. Look at the degree of wilderness, not impact.
But i want to watch it now....
Me too
Same
Same here
7:44 “CAR IN THE WALL CHRIS BUESCHER!” probably one of the weirdest wrecks I’ve seen in a Superspeedway track and also if u haven’t noticed that Chris always gets airborne but never flips 🤔
lol
I think Clint Bowyers flip at the 2007 Daytona 500 has to be in the list somewhere, and Loganos flip at Dover when he was driving the 20 car has to be in there, and there's more than a few you can choose from for Ryan Newman. Great job on the video, I really enjoyed it!
10:25 is almost a carbon copy if the end of the 2021 Daytona 500. Got almost the same 3 drivers fighting at the top. Big one happens the same way.
lol u should do a "Ryan Newman flying/ flying cars landing on Newman"
Thank You For the flashbacks keep up the good work 👍👍🏁🏁
That Kyle Bush crash, holy shit that's hard to watch. The head-ons are 100% worse than the rollovers.
This is the best idea you have came up with
Pretty popular formula 1 video with this premise
The worst accident I saw was when dale ran into the wall
It took all the excitement out of the win
Can't wait to see what this video is going to be like
^
Really how many times have we seen a car land on top of ryan newman
“How bout Alex Bowman!” *starts wrecking* 😂😂
Alex ain't doing good
do an "all cars on newman" compilation
I think the flip is Chris Buscher’s worst wreck but in terms of hard hits the one at Kansas is definitely the worst. Thanks for the videos, keep it up
Maybe NASCAR should review this regarding Keselowski's statements about having guys demoted to lower series if they keep doing stupid things. I actually had to think about Harvick's career as I really couldn't remember him having a really bad crash in any of the top series and I've followed his career since 2000. I also have to agree about Johnson's Pocono crash being his worst because arguably, it led to the most visible and total downfall of a career that's been seen since Richard Petty's and honestly, I'd argue Johnson's downfall was even steeper than Petty's because it came over several years and Johnson's seemed to come overnight.
*cough cough* Cody Ware *cough cough cough*
Sorry I got a disease
Austin Dillons wreck at Daytona is definitely the scariest
It's gone be Epic!
Awesome video dude
Thanks!
That Blaney crash looked a lot like Sr.’s crash at Daytona, the worst angle.
What really makes me feel old is that I remember seeing most of these.
Immediately hearing Danica Patrick and Joey Lagano as the video started gave me a good chuckle.
Boyers wreck at daytona when he came acrossed the line upside down wasn't very pretty
and on fire!
@@mattzyvonoski892 very true sir
Wasn't that bad. It was a slow lazy slide and then 1 little flip. Dover was much more vicious.
Aric's wreck was the worst. He very nearly ended up paralysed from that hit.
The 2013 Aaron’s 499 has to be the most epic race I’ve watched
Will you do Xfinity and Truck drivers when you finish Cup?
Great Idea!
Ah, muricans. Can't go even around a left hander without a massive crash.
I was there at Kansas for Almirola's wreck and Byron's wreck. Those wrecks are way scarier in person than on TV
The worst I ever saw in person was when Kenny Wallace and I think Geoff Bodine wrecked at Michigan on the back stretch.
Lol at Kyle Busch almost wanting life flighted for a leg injury
I can't imagine there could be any more of a terrible feeling if you're up front in one of the lead cars and suddenly you get turned sideways at the bottom of the track and its headed right back into the middle of the track flying towards that outside wall with the rest of the field speeding right at you, getting ready to t-bone your ass. Man that would suck something fierce.
I've thought Wallace was Danica's replacement but they ran into each other before.
Actually, Before Bubba got his #43 car, It was Aric Almirola's car. Now his car is #10.
Normal racing = loud rick Allen
Crash = Rick Allen busta rhymes activated
Do a video of the hardest crashes from kansas speedway since it seems that's where most of these crashes happen, not counting the superspeedways.
"The big one."
Like tossing a bucket full of Hot Wheels out onto the driveway...only with people in them.
Jimmie Johnson is used to going off roading. I remember him on the Mickey Thompson off roading tour.
Blaney's worst crash was a nowhere-to-go moment in the Trucks racing for Penske teammate Brad Keselowski
Bell's worst came in the 2016 Trucks opener, the first of two consecutive Trucks openers to end when someone rolls it on the final lap
Bowman's worst was in the same race Brendan Gaughan said "Eh, it's Stenhouse, go figure" after a later Big One
Buescher's rollover as a rookie was the first of four Big Ones in the first Talladega race of 2016
Austin Dillon and Kyle Busch were both no-doubters from Daytona in 2015, Kyle in the Xfinity opener that wrecked his leg and Austin in the Coke Zero 400 Cup race as the Big One happened behind Dale Junior
Almirola's back-wrecking crash involved the car he took over the following season, then under Danica's control
Joey Gase got nailed by a locking-up JR Motorsports 5 car; he was caught up in Chris Cockrum's worst crash
Denny messed up his back much like Kyle Busch wrecked his leg, head-on into a SAFER-less inside wall
Jimmie, like Kyle and Austin, was a no-doubter, only this time his Watkins brake failure-induced head-on driller in 2000
Can we just appreciate how well the 19 avoided that wreck in CBells worst crash.
Christopher Bell got Rick Rolled
It really is amazing how many times Ryan Newman has had a car land on his.
That austin Dillon wreck was bad
4:04 This was Chris Buescher's worst crash. But now his worst crash is his Charlotte 2022 flip.
I would dare say Kurts crash with Jimmy Spencer at Indy would be a harder crash than the roll.
I think that Ty Dillon's worst crash should be when he ran over a battery and hit the wall really hard at Michigan in 2018.
I think Timmy Hill's hit at the first Kentucky Xfinity race this year was harder
Jeez i cant keep track of how many teams kurt busch drove for hes had 7 different numbers 1,2, 22,78,97, 41,51 wow
Clint said "Lift off!!!"
For Kevin Harvick... review 2002 Daytona 500
I think Quinn Houff’s hit a TX last week might’ve been worse than Daytona
One of the first names I hear is Danica Patrick 😂
I think JJ’s hit at Pocono in ‘15 or ‘16 might be harder than the glen
I think Kurt Busch has had a few worse ones. Bowyer's upside-down fire flip for sure, and then I'm still sitting here wondering how Johnson survived his wreck at WGI
13:04 STENHOUSE
Aric’s still makes me nervous. That was an absolutely nasty wreck
I remember seeing that wreck , he was out for quite a while due to a nasty back injury .
The Kurt Busch wreck reminds me of the cars movie wreck
Hopefully you updated preece’s already
Nascar has turned into a joke with the let's take a break 4 times to make it fair for everybody else
Gotta respect the wreck avoidance by the 9 with Bowman's wreck XD saw it just starting and noped outta there
Seriously though, if you watch Elliott, that's gotta be one of the best dodges I've seen. Just missed having his nose taken off, and probably would have flipped Bowman too if he'd hit him
Modern safety is amazing
Even thoe Harvick and Kyle had that Massive Fued for a while I'm pretty sure that lick Kyle took when Harvick was watching it probably sadned him because that lick was nasty for sure.
Rookie of the year contender Quin Hoff
What about Bowmans tire blowout in the Brickyard 400?
Drivers often say flips aren't generally that bad. That Buescher wreck in particular, the car never takes a super heavy hit, it's just a dramatic barrel roll.
IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT MOST IF NOT ALL OF THESE CRASHES WHERE DONE ON PURPOSE BY ONE OF THE DRIVER'S!
I don’t think that’s true
When are you doing part 2
I've lost count of how many times Newman had a car on top of his.
Bowyer: A massive argument can be made for the wreck at the Daytona 500 where he finished the race upside down and on fire early in his career.
Surprised that Bowman didn't have a worse crash with BK Racing
NOW YOU KNOW WHAT A "PIT MANEUVER" LOOKS LIKE WHEN DONE BY PROFESSIONALS!
Cops, please take notes.
Bowmans crash shows how much safety has improved since dale died.
I've never even see blaneys wreck. God that was a hard one to watch
Is no one going to talk about the incredible save by Kurt Busch at 2:36?
Newman's 03 crash is gonna make it in part two
50 egos driving at 300 miles an hour is all I see.
What about the hardest hit in Nascar history, Elliott Sadler's crash in Pocono ?
Lol DW reactions were the best
Austin Dillon one still scares me he lucky to be alive
steve mathis remember geoff Bodine?
I knew Almirola’s was sort of bad or major injury because he never got out on his own and the crew was in a hurry, but not that big of a hurry.
I think bowyers flip in the 500 in the 02 should be on his part but the wreck in the 33 was pretty bad too
0:50 "watch it" XD
A good video to do is hardest inside wall crahes like patirick larson preece
That wreck with Austin Dillon in the 3 dale saved his ass there
He save down from the heavens to personally save him
Ryan Blaney hard after contact with Kyle Larson bad choice of words XD
the Jimmie Johnson one is the most terrifying one to watch if you ask me. It predates HANS requirements. I don't know how that didn't kill him honestly.
His Pocono crash was worse,it ended his reign as the best
The Styrofoam blocks probably saved him ?
How could I have guessed that Danica Patrick was gonna be the first name I heard.
