I like how people ask for more short tracks, but then they complain about the intense and exciting finishes they produce.
I think people do not like drivers getting too aggressive and wreck others on purpose.

@@rcracer8872 Every short track racing I have went to including when my dad race. They black flag drivers like Kyle Busch for being too aggressive. Back then, some of the tracks were NASCAR sanctioned body. My dad got black flag one race when he ran over the hood of another car he was racing against on his blind side. The other driver told the officials it was his fault that it happened. It was a racing accident. It is snowflakes like Kyle Busch who think he could get away with murder on the track. NASCAR usually hand out penalties in the past for rough driving. The issue is the safety of the drivers.

Lol yea one reason is that they're in a 3500 pound stockcar that they can retaliate with and bang up on each other.

@@zxrof34r The move over thing is optional. Just ask Newman. Yes it a courtesy early in the race but you can't expect someone not to race you for the position in 2nd half of a race. Kyle wants people to give him spots and pouts when they won't play by his rules. Flipping off the Nascar official while serving a penalty was a real class act too.

Also, not taking anything away from Truex's Championship, but you need to understand that when Mark Martin was a Championship contender, he had to deal with the likes of Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Dale Jarrett, Tony Stewart, and Jimmie Johnson. All portrayed as some of NASCAR's best of all time. Slapshoes said it best: Mark Martin had the unfortunate luck of being one of NASCAR's best who competed against NASCAR's best.
While drivers like Kyle Busch and Joey Logano have proven themselves as great drivers, they're unfortunately no Dale Earnhardt or Jeff Gordon.

Everyone was booing the move by Logano on Truex but that's the classic bump and run that has been used time and time again throughout NASCAR's history. It's practically what made Dale Earnhardt famous. Now I'm not a Logano fan at all. I actually strongly dislike him. However that's racing. And on the final 2 corners of the race that's driving hard for the win.

People complain about rough driving because that's how Earnhardt Sr died, he was side by side and got turned into the wall. I've read things that say even if he was wearing a harness going from 220-0MPH the g forces still would have killed him. Which is also why they reduced the speeds dramatically. (they barely go 180 now)
They to need to have a fight night after the races so these guys can settle there problems. With gloves and ref. Then maybe they could save their vehicles

As a fan of NASCAR for over 35 years. I'd give anything to see these guys run back then. Rubbing is racing and knocking your opponent out of the way was common. Yeah they might have bitched and fought, but shit. These guys are a bunch of wine bags. And I still watch to this day. Put your big boy pants on and take whatever happens.
Only time ive ever had Loganos back was that first clip. That was well done.

The first one, Logano executed one of the best bump and runs I've ever seen, and Truex lost his cool and turned left into him like a idiot. If he had just held his line and drove out of the corner normal he would have won that race.
But it seems like Truex thinks people should just pull over for him. And what made it worse is he had been beating down joeys rear bumper for like 5 laps prior.

So you posted this on Tempers Flare #10 with Gordon and Kenseth at Bristol in 2006 but you can also put this clip for the next one: later in that same 2006 season in Chicagoland Gordon would spin Kenseth out in the late portions of the race allowing Gordon to win the race. Gordon said it wasn't about Bristol but the tempers flared with the fans mostly. Most fans that were there were so pissed at when Gordon spun him out that they threw beer bottles at his car during his burnout lol. I was there with my dad that day it was mayhem in the stands.
While I do get what Martin is saying in the first instance, you've gotta be aware that, A. It's Joey Logano you're dealing with here, he's notoriously an aggressive racer and will do whatever it takes for a win, let alone a championship 4 spot. B. It's the round of 8, tempers are high and moves like Joey's have to be made, you aren't just battling for a win here, you're battling for a spot in the final 4. And C. Joey really did nothing wrong, I get that yes Martin raced him clean but that doesn't mean Joey has to race Martin clean too, it's not like a bump and run on someone who raced you clean is against Joey's morals, he's in a season that has been dominated by 3 drivers, Martin being 1 of those 3. I get what Martin wanted to happen but when it's Joey you're dealing with here, in the round of 8, what do you honestly expect Joey to do? If Joey races him clean and doesn't commit to the bumb and run, Joey most likely doesn't advance and in doing so, doesn't win the 2018 title.
