The exercises that work the back and the core should be Very Carefully done if you have back trouble already, and if you've had a back injury you should okay them with a PT before you do them. Go slow with these, and start with low reps until you see how your body responds to them.

So. For those of us whose cancer HAS come back ... ? Who will be on some form of chemo (with all the fatigue/appetite issues etc) for the rest of our lives. AFTER cancer, AFTER cancer, AFTER cancer ...

I just had my 3rd round of chemo. I am so tired, and can I go on the treadmill to reduce my fatigue? I am 71 years old and worked out most of my life. After I had my hysterectomy 2 months ago and haven't worked out all this time. I'm just so tired. 😢😢😢

This is an interesting topic but you appear to be a lifelong athlete and fit while two-thirds of the population is overweight or obese and a lot of that population is sedentary. My oncologist told me that his goals for patients on chemo is two five-minute walks per day. I ran into people in my cancer forums that couldn't do this. My former fitness center manager gave me a general summary of her clients in that you had people that came into the fitness center every day to workout. They do not need any external motivation. Daily fitness is part of who they are. The others need some motivation such as contests, prizes or weight loss - and she found it quite rare that people kept up with it over a long period of time. Most of the people in my cancer forum were mid-40s to a lot older. Cancer used to be much more a disease of older folks as time facilitates replication errors. The issue of exercise motivation is very hard, even if cancer isn't involved, and, if you don't get into it by your 50s, your body may be too fragile to get into it without a massive effort with coaching so that the effort doesn't result in injuries.

Yes, it all seems well intentioned but utterly unrealistic

creatine monohydrate while on tamoxifen is it safe and a good idea, my wife had breast cancer and is now on tamoxifen and has put on a few pounds, she has recently started strength training with deadlifts, squats, bench press, and over head press, all with barbell, which has helped so much, both physically and mentally. she takes extra protien and is thinking about creatine. her own doctor [although amazing] does not know anything about creatine or weightlifting, so we are researching the internet. as a weightlifter yourself do you have any knowlegde on this subject, thanks for ALL your videos

I started to do more exercise & I notice a difference. I want this fat & weight to melt off of me. Leave the muscle mass but not the fat. Then this stomach needs to go.

I tried doing it and I tired out on the first exercise. I will have to do a little at a time. Do you have to do all the exercises at once?
