Instead of talking about self esteem about a sense of self worth? Regardless of the accomplishments, talents, skills, body shape, perfect skin and teeth, good deeds, reputation, etc. How about focusing on encouraging a person's sense unconditional and inherent of worth? Because from what I am seeing, we have a world full of people who are plagued with a deep sense of worthlessness or even worse, conditional worth. Addicted to finding an external source of worth and consolation for the deep, nagging sense of emptiness. It starts at birth, and what kind of nurturing we receive or don't receive from our primary attachments. First five years of conditioning will write how you spend the rest of your life.
