John put such a deep thought into all of his jiu jitsu. He really has changed the jiu jitsu game and probably the martial arts sphere for the entire work. I really hope he puts together a striking or self defense series even if it is just strategy and game plan, not necessarily teaching specific techniques.

Very unlikely to activate and efficiently contract the correct muscle groups as well as not a good position for your shoulders. Back in the day "no pain, no gain was a real thing.
