  • A simple side dish. Also great on sandwiches. Try it with roast pork and sharp provolone for a true South Jersey/South Philly experience. Easy to make, nutritious and delicious. Keeps in the fridge for about a week.

    I’ve never had it does it taste like Swiss chard?

      It's kind of like a slightly bitter broccoli. If you boil is for a minute or two it's not that bitter. It's really nice on a sandwich, but also as a side dish.
