  • The staff of atvondemand.com updates and evaluates the Flexx Handlebar System, testing them with a set of Rox Speed FX Pivoting Handlebar Risers. We've tried the Flexx bars on the Suzuki Z400 in the past, now we put them and the Rox Risers to the test on a Yamaha Grizzly 700.

Love Flex bars!! They are amazing & worth every penny. I used them on an 06 crf450r. Didn't get arm pump, tired, or Carp-Tunnel like I normally do.

those risers look sick, would look weird on a supermoto, but a dual sport setup….maybe.

What did you do about wires and cables? Or was there enough length. I just got some 2 inches for 450 but haven't tried to put them on yet.

The stock wires and brake lines were long enough. Rox Speed FX, who makes the risers has good information on how their risers work with OEM wires, lines, etc.

Same answer as the one on the bar clamps. We would expect the bar clamps to do a slightly better job of reducing vibration, although they don't offer nearly the level of bump absorption as the Flexx Bars.

+ATVonDemand which one gets rid of more vibration? thanks

I can't believe we never responded to this. We apologize. As vibration goes, we can't say definitively. We would need to try them back to back or so some sort of scientific testing to know for sure. A big benefit of the Precision clamps is that they allow you to run any bar bend of your choosing. Some riders simply prefer the feel of a fully rigid bar. The biggest advantage of the Flexx bars is that they have more travel or movement for absorbing impacts. The Precision Shock and Vibe work their best on uneven bumps while the Flexx handlebars help filter out uneven bumps while better absorbing hard vertical impacts line drop-offs, jumps, bouncing the front wheels off a log, etc.
