Those handlebars are sick. Nice vid Rado. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
thanks man!
Good video 👍 I see other comments telling you how to tap thread so here’s mine, you should of clamped thread tap in vise and just lift the bike up and around in circles 👍 good arm, back and leg workout 👍
+Planet Matt lol, that's a good one! how come I I didn't think about it before ;)
A cool trick for putting grips on, use 3 zip ties as sliders, the grips will slide on like nothing. Great vid!
cool, thanks for the tip Joss!
a nother awesome video man keep up the good work man.
thanks bro!
cool video man , can’t wait to see a long term review

Bob The Builder itll last forever man. I had a 1987 xr 100 way back in the day lol be 38 next month. Have fun on it their great trail bikes

Njörður Elís 800 :)
Bob The Builder nice 🤙
new sub! love those bikes man 🤘🏻
thanks Miguel, welcome on the board!
I love love love my flexx bars. I don’t get arm pump with them and I can run my forks a little stiffer too because of the flex I get. Only negative is the extra weight.
For grips, I will only ever use bolt on grips for the rest of my life.
thanks for sharing Brian! can you really feel the extra weight ?
Dirt N Iron
No. I don’t feel the weight when riding. They’re just heavier
Awesome video Rado
Thanks Chris!
Love the vid after all that work putting the old grips on killed me
+Donald DeGaetano haha, I know man. It's not a big deal to replace it later..
Looking forward to your review of the bars Rado..I have them on my 350 XC-F and have my thoughts..
yea, lets see how they feel. I am curious what is your feedback
At the end of every video I want to take my bike and go for a ride. Talking about staying MOTOvated yeah? ;-)
Keep up the good work Rado
+Stef Vanoppen thanks bro, will do my best! ;)
Everyone needs to thumbs up Rado's vids so they go higher in the recommended section. There seems to be a consistent thousand or so of us who regularly watch, so if we can get him over a grand worth of thumbs up on his uploads, this channel will grow very fast.
thanks brother, that would be amazing! ;)
I really want to try these bars and the fasst anti vibration inserts
Nice, looks really good..hopes it works.
thanks bro, I hope too :)
nice video. the use of oil can make the job easier doing the screw thread
yes, I used wd40
works fine indeed. i can't wait for your review on the flexx handlebar, you are doing a great job respect
Great Review! one question, Which version is is your Flexx bar? which angle do you use? thanks
I have 12 enduro bend
you should use grease when using taps, and also reverse it every turn to get all the excess out. But it worked well haha
+klecoo Aleksander I did that, I used wd40 and went back and forth many times. Towards the end I wasn't able to do even full turn.
Anaheim 1 tonight !!! Go team green!! Just thought I'd throw that out there ...
yeah! I am very curious about Roczen
Borrow, (i mean steal a can of ya misses hairspray😜 I use a small one ya can buy at the supermarket) easier for grip removal and it evaporates better than anything I have used. Interested to see how you like these bars on an MX bike 👍
+MaverickDH thanks for the tip bro!
Great job.youd think the threads will come already done from factory.I get more arm pump on my yz250 on the mx track, then on my rmx450z on the trails, why do you think this is. Is it a 4 stroke vs 2 stroke thing or a mx vs trails thing?
I get bigger arm pump on the track as well, and I always ride 4 stroke on the track. I think MX is more demanding, not a lot of time you can rest your hands, mostly in the air... on the trails I can ride for a way longer time before having serious pump, actually I get more of a hand/wrist/fingers pain than arm pump on the trails
Agreed. I do both track and trail, and motocross is more prone to give arm pump than trail riding. It's not a 2t/4t thing. I use a 450 4t for motocross and a 250 2t for trail riding, so exactly the reverse of you. But I think the stronger the bike, the worst it gets.
I basically have the same bike, but a exc 05 model. I would not need these bars on this bike since it is tuned for slow technical trail riding only, but I am really interested to know if it help to solve arm pump for motocross. I have this problem all the time on the 450.
me too, hope to take it to the track soon, mounted on my rmz450
I guess i'm better late than never but I had a question. The handlebar clamps that you installed your Fasst Flexx bars on are they KTM's Progressive Handlebar Damping System bar clamps by Xtrig? I was wondering because i'm going to buy a set of the same handlebars & was told that they wouldn't work with the Xtrig PHDS bar clamps? I would like to know so I can order a set of Fasst Flexx handlebars for my ktm 300 xc?
Jeff, I am not sure what kind of bar clamps those are, I think they are just the stock that comes from the factory. It works ok for with the flexx bars. Hope that helps
Any tips on riding sand dunes? I'm trying to get an idea of what I should do before I go for the first time to Glamis on a dirt bike. I know a rear paddle is a must.
+Louie Sanders I am not very experienced in sand riding. One thing I've been told is to be more smooth and let the bike flow..
As with 4x4 driving, speed is your friend on sand. Keep the momentum going so your tyres float on top instead of digging in. It also helps to reduce tyre pressure a little so your tyre width increases a bit more.
What tipe of screw do you used for mounting the hanguard in handlebar front hole? Thanks
I am pretty sure it came with the handguards.. just a regular screw..
How's the steering feedback. can-am had rubber bushings between tripletree and handlebars on enduros and some didn't like the vague handling.
Hey Chris, sorry for late reply, I wanted to address this question in the video.. so here you go: czcams.com/video/mzVjHi3QfcQ/video.html
take care bro!
Those bars look sweet but I think with that kinda money I would of put new grips
i bought new once already, I am lazy to install them ..
hey rado could you please provide amazon links to the products if you have them handy. love the channel...
also, does the handguard kit include the tap...
yes it does include tap. I will be selling these bars on my website very soon, like in a week. you can buy it directly from dirtniron.com once its live. You will get exactly same warranty and customer service. Fasst company are cool guys to deal with.
My dad has lost faith in me to Tap. My taps have been so bad lol. Something I need to work on
taps are not my favorite thing as well..
What sweep, height, midsection width, and overall length did you use and why?
I got 12 Enduro, because it was close to what I was running before and what I felt comfortable with. I got enduro model which is little narrower to make it in the tide spots. I talked to guys at fasst, told them what brand and bend handlebars i run on the bike and they helped me choose the best bars that would be closest to what I am used to.
Cool video,
Next time your tapping though try some tapping fluid, it'll make things much easier. If you don't have any And your tapping aluminum a little kerosene or even wd40 will work ok.
+Phillip Bell yes I did wd40, just didn't show it on the video. Thanks for comment Philip.
And shorter cranks with less effort so the tap doesn't snap in the bars. When taps break if your lucky you don't cut your hands up.
Great video man!! well made!
Why hand drilling that thing?? haha...
+Nir Hason I doubt it can be done with the drill, it was hard..
Rado's guns > Makita drill :P
I also think it's better done manually. You have to go back and forth and not too fast. You must take the necessary time to do it perfectly. But a bit of oil would help a lot.
Ya, a bit of motor oil will make it much easier for sure :)
I used wd40, just didnt show it in the video.. already got like 5 comments about it ;)
It's crazy those handlebars should come pre threaded on the ends. It would benefit the customer and the company if they treaded every handlebar before they leave the the manufacturer
yea, I thought the same thing too
If you had a drill it would make doing them treads a lot easer
not sure if drill would be able to do the job..
Dirt N Iron that is who I do my treads
that size too? it was hard to cut it, inch be inch towards the end.
Should have used oil while tapping the bars. Wow! 360.00 for handlebars , I need two jobs.
i used wd40.. yea, its not cheap..
@@dirtniron ...You fooled me !
Hairspray works great to get grips on. Slides right on the dries like glue.
Thanks for the tip Richard!
When you put on $400 handlebars but reuse some bald pillow tops
you are right, I should get new one
Dirt N Iron was this a sponsored video? If not I think you should make an honest review on if it's actually worth the money, a lot of people can't justify spending that amount of money on handlebars that could be destroyed from one hard crash
+HighTopGoons I am not getting paid, but the bars are free. I am going to be honest, no worries
Hey, im 15 years old and i am thinking about buying a dirt bike. I have been looking at some bikes on this site called motorhjol.net its an Icelandic site with used bikes my budget is about 3000 USD that is about 300000 ISL krónur, i dont really know what is a good deal and what is not.
