Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pound Cake
1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Thank you, Denise. I hate that my chocolate chips sank to the bottom, despite coating them with flour. Oh well, it tasted good and had a great texture anyway. I'm going to slice it up and freeze the pieces tomorrow. My husband and I are both feeling a lot better now. It was just a really bad cold, no flu or covid, thankfully. @@ElainesCountryHome I know . . . those things can be disappointing. You did all that I know to do to prevent the sinking. But, it's still a lovely cake and I bet it tasted delicious!! Thankful you didn't have the flu or covid. RSV is bad around here - even for adults.
