Baking dish: 11*21 cm.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of cottage cheese
- 130 grams of butter (9 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 120 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 160 grams cake flour (1 cup)
- 50 grams of raisins (1/3 cup)
Additionally:
- 20 grams of butter
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 45 minutes.

Baking powder is omitted in the list of ingredients in the description. But even with baking powder it still didn’t rise. Seems exceedingly oily. I used kitchen scale and fresh baking powder so I know it’s not an issue of ingredients. Something’s off about the recipe as it is written.
