A NY developer is building an office building between Escala and the Westin hotel. It will be twenty feet from the unit you are showing, making the unit almost worthless.
Thanks for the feedback. The unit already sold. The project you are referring to is owned by Douglaston Development. Yes, they are from NY. They applied for Land Use in 2016.
