I really felt in love with this city and it‘s natural environment. It felt like being in San Francisco but only much more calm and relaxed.

Politics aside, if this type of property appeals to you, you'd be smart to buy now and reap that property value appreciation once crowds return to the area post-Covid. The riot accusations in Seattle is pretty laughable--homelessness on the other hand is a real issue in the neighborhood.
