I love to build this kind of penthouse in UK London. Truly amazing and stunning. Dude, Leonard Steinberg you did really great work back there, people should experience these kinds of facilities. Furthermore, yep I have enjoyed views from the 78th-floor penthouse Enes Yilmazer. 😀👍
I feel like the kids bedrooms are smaller than the bathrooms and also smaller than the closet area, so much space wasted on nothing and it feels like an office and not a home
I’m looking this video for the 3rd time. It is my favourite new-york penthouse, love every detail, really nice job. Really like see your house tour videos guys, you are really professional and it’s nice to listen to you. Hi from Switzerland 🇨🇭😊
For 39.5 mil, the bathroom setups are kinda basic. Also, the property feels like just going from one bedroom to another. The only true selling point is the incredible view, but living in a space with a price like this should be more than just a view. I can't believe they don't include gym or theater at least. Some places may even have swimming pool. It may be just me not being able to see values in these properties, tho. But as for the video itself, it is very well done as always.
I have been investing with M's Mariana Amber since last November last year and I just got another house in LA too. I mostly re_invest my profit into my real estate business and it's been a rewarding strategy for me
This penthouse is spacious no doubt an I love the fact you have balconies. They took a very bold approach to this home. Something to take in an get use to.
That gym space lookin mad claustrophobic and that black and white striped wall area for the kids lookin a bit psychotic but other than that, the house is beautiful all around with the most breath taking views of New York I’ve ever seen!
Great property, great video. As a New Yorker, I do suggest you spend time talking about and touring amenities. In addition to buying the apartment you are buying into a building. These types of buildings can offer things like room service, housekeeping, onsite dry cleaning, concierge, private gyms with trainers and spas, pools, dog walking or grooming services, cinema rooms, party rooms, etc. At this price point, all the building details matter just as much as the unit itself.
This proprety is quintessential. The most beautiful I've ever seen from the channel. Sometimes lavish and overscale L.A. homes get me dizzy and saturated. Here, the height does not even stun because there is measure and finesse everywhere, with such original art and design. The marble in the kitchen is a bold contrast. Large black-and-white organic spots dance well with the allover extrafine black lines on white. A marvel!
Yeah, first of all, I would never want to live so high above the ground, so far from everyone and everything, and second of all, I don't really like New York that much to live there. Plus the penthouse feels rather cold, "sterile" and depressing in my opinion.
@@karathefox2004 I am really asking myself if people in such apartments are feeling themselves much more better compared to normal people than rich people living in villas. Such psychological/sociological research would be interesting.
@@TheYehudi100 Because it seems cold and gloomy to me, it's very busy and squished together and I prefer cities with more greenery. Also I'd just like to spend the same amount of money on something nicer and bigger somewhere else. But that's just my very subjective opinion.
@@karathefox2004 I get the cold and sterile thing but at the same time I can tell that this house has a couple living here with two kids probably between 9 and 2 and they have a live in Nanny or Au Pair. Like the staging requires lack of personal objects but you can tell someone made this house for themselves. Also lack of sunlight definitely contributes to it but that’s on the weather I guess. I personally think this has a lot of potential but it lacks warmth in the form of wood and earth tones, that’s what we all associate with a homey feeling.
Have fun taking an elevator 78 floors every time you want to leave the house or come home. The height alone gives me anxiety, if you have kids or pets, No thank you! I'd take my 40 million and use it to buy a huge chunk of land, build an incredible home on it, have money left to live the rest of my life doing whatever I want, and have money to give to charity. This place is meant for a billionaire that wants a vacation spot when they visit NY every 2 or 3 years 🤣
@@cloudofw3313 I think the private elevator is only between the two floors of the penthouse. However, with the high speed elevators and the usual number of them, I don't think that should be an issue. Of course the look of a doorman, in case you forget something, is still there.
39.5 million at first I wasn't sure it's going to be worth it but after watch the tour I was like okay it's a really really nice apartment with a really beautiful city view, if I own that apartment I'll never get bored with that view for sure
That’s a very specific taste for a specific person. I don’t like tight spaces and so much of it feels dark. Not a feel good place to live. More cold and sterile
I feel like this is the type of house that doesn’t actually get lived in. Probably just a place that a billionaire stops by occasionally as a place to stay when they’re in town
@@woodcider when a place is This big there should be at least one wide open space that makes you feel like you're in place this luxurious. It doesn't feel homely.

This is a real cool place that I would never buy even if I could afford it.
Yeah, first of all, I would never want to live so high above the ground, so far from everyone and everything, and second of all, I don't really like New York that much to live there. Plus the penthouse feels rather cold, "sterile" and depressing in my opinion.
@@karathefox2004 why dont you like nyc?
Wow, this apartment is incredible!! ❤
Thank you for the tour and for giving us a peek into how the 10% live.
This place is meant for a billionaire that wants a vacation spot when they visit NY every 2 or 3 years 🤣
Idk what you're used to but high end elevator are pushing 40 miles an hour.
@@cloudofw3313 I think the private elevator is only between the two floors of the penthouse. However, with the high speed elevators and the usual number of them, I don't think that should be an issue. Of course the look of a doorman, in case you forget something, is still there.
Same here. I'd buy 600 acres in the midwest and build a huge house on it.
This property is definitely for someone with a lot more than 40mil
Ditto!
Every Monday Enes brings the 🔥🔥🔥 the shots are INCREDIBLE
thanks for the feedback!
No one does apartment reviews better than you👍 Thanks
I really didn't feel that this house was worth 40 mil
The decoration is pretty shitty too.
I concur, nothing there to excite me or to say $39 Mil!!! Like your comment.
You could build your own house from scratch and have it designed the way you want it for that amount of money.
Its mostly the location. I could build a small castle with modern luxuries on a nice private piece of land for that money elsewhere.
ditto those secondary bedroom are like match boxes. so small
39.5 million at first I wasn't sure it's going to be worth it but after watch the tour I was like okay it's a really really nice apartment with a really beautiful city view, if I own that apartment I'll never get bored with that view for sure
glad you like the apartment! it's well-worth it!
@Flanks CZcams 😂😂😂
@@EnesYilmazer your comment section is 30% full of reasons why it's not. high potential poorly executed.
i always skip the kitchen part but this one is something else, absolutely adore it
It's amazing how similar a penthouse in a metropolis and a yacht are. Both trying to maximize the available space.
That’s a very specific taste for a specific person. I don’t like tight spaces and so much of it feels dark. Not a feel good place to live. More cold and sterile

Thank you for sharing 💕 your beautiful world ✨💖
I feel like this is the type of house that doesn’t actually get lived in. Probably just a place that a billionaire stops by occasionally as a place to stay when they’re in town
You are too going to be billionaire soon ❤️👍
@jjjmail hello socialist or should I call you communist?
@jjjmail i don't think that would stand if challenged in court.
They renting it out... On youtube. For 40m you get a view of a dying city
@jjjmail The politicians need to stay back.. this is someone’s property.. they should not have to forfeit because of homeless or lack of space!
The interior in this house gives the super cozy feel.
couldn't agree more!
19:18 I’m simply in love with this bedroom 😻 it’s so warm and cozy specially at night 🥰 12:51
Simply gorgeous! Great vid
Thank you! Cheers!
Hey Enes! you should do a house tour of your own living space
stay tuned :) c
@@EnesYilmazer I'll take that as a yes (:
@@EnesYilmazer boy that'll be so cool.
yup
I feel like the space is being taking over by doors. Is it me or that's too many doors on that house
You're not wrong. The maze of hallways and doors makes the place seem claustrophobic.
@@99astronomy Open concept is noisy and has zero privacy. It’s a fad whose time should come to an end.
I feel like it's a very nice apartment, but if you actually are able to get 40 million for that place, then NYC is broken.

Is this weird that this makes me appreciate my homestead even more? This place is extravagant and the view is incredible but I'd take my plot of land and farm over this any day. Wasn't expecting that lol

I can’t see a family living here. It’s too cold and sterile, it doesn’t feel homey at all. Maybe because how they staged the penthouse or something but it really feels like living inside an office.
My thoughts exactly! And that kitchen is so depressing! I wouldn't live there if someone paid me to!
Also thinking that every time u have to get out, u will need to go up-down 78 floors? Fk me not for me
I'm of the same opinion, this residence lacks on many levels.
Agreed. To me it feels like a combination of corporate headquarters, bank vault, and morgue.
