So which one did you buy?
Is the balcony at 14:08 also part of the last apartment that costs $1.1 million? Or is it just the tiny balcony?
If the large balcony is also part of it, then I would buy the apartment if I were you. The view in the evening must be breathtaking. A built-in pool on the huge balcony would be epic, but that would be extremely expensive đ
what are the HOA and other fees on top of the mortgage?
Thatâs insane that people will buy an apartment for $1 mill and still have to go use the laundry machines downstairs.
true, although i wouldnt mind since it's in the same building but people can steal your stuff so
@@hatsunemiku8007 plus itâs a huge inconvenience at times having to leave your apartment to go all the way downstairs to do laundry đ€Ł
1 mil ainât a lot in NYC
Its NY baby
Exactly!!!! Thatâs why I would NEVER do a purchase w/o a laundry. That was the FIRST thing I purchased when I bought my home last year
Great to meet you in person today. You stopped and chatted with myself, wife and two daughters from Birmingham UK. You made our trip to NYC, thank you.
It was great meeting you guys as well. Your family has incredible positive energy. Made my day!
They basically selling a $50k tiny home and location cost $950k đ
Isn't basically all property price influenced heavily by location? That's why they say "location, location, location"
@@AndoCommando1000 These prices are insane tho....
of course. it is not the same the gethoDetroit or afroneighbors than "other places"
We appreciate Brett for showing us around. Seems like he's very passionate about what he does.
The worst do the best in NYC. Not ALWAYS, but it's for sure the general consensus.
@@realnamehidden5788 NYC can be paradise, but not for the lazy.
@@realnamehidden5788 What warzone? NYC is one of the safest big cities in the country.
@@TrainsFerriesFeet best not to waste more time on commenters like that, he seems to be one of those who have bitten the right wing propaganda that new york is a warzone where people are killed on the streets every minute or something. Its the most diverse city and also very safe, something conservatives have a hard time wrapping their little brains over.

You are right.!
That is why I had to start forex trading 2months ago and l now am making benefits from it.!
My first investment with Victoria Alejandro gave me profit of over $80,000 Us dollar....
And I can even say she is the sincere broker I know....
O' Yes I'm a living testimony of Mrs Victoria Alejandro.!
Proud of you Brett. Been watching and following for a long time and you have inspired me (even though Iâve been lazy on a couple of things but Iâm getting to it this year).
That last apt is it! Good luck with your new purchase. I just purchased my first home in Cali
So great to see the real estate process from this perspective! Thanks for putting this together!
One of your greatest videos!!â€
That was so inspiringđđ»
Thank you for showing us this incredible city with a good way.
Great job, wonderful video:D
Cool video! I didn't hear anything about condo fees. An extra $1500 per month in fees could definitely break the bank for most people.
If you're spending $1,000,000 on an *APARTMENT* & you're worried about an extra $18,000 a year... you shouldn't be buying a $1,000,000 apartment.
@@tuanx It seems kind of... stupid. $1500 is only a little less than what my rent is now for a 2 bedroom. So I earn 1mill through investments, only to buy a place where I'm still paying the same amount every month, even though it's my property. NYC prices are such a scam.
â@@Fadeddreams5$1500 for a 2 bedroomđź. Where?
Congrats on making it, the last apartment is definitely the one you should get!
Amazing video đđŸđđŸđđŸđđŸ the last apartment was my favorite đđ„đ„

Great video! Inspirational and informative
Actually when I saw preview I thought it's kinda just a video about luxury life or researching for Brett's viewers. I'm now shocked that he's buying an apartment for 1 million. Great work, Brett Conti!đđ

Beautiful video, very compliments đ
13:59 this apartment would be amazing. Thatâs close to B&H for the win! Great video Brett.
Just found your channel. Love your content! You are an inspiration
Indeed he has inspired me â€
His channel is definitely hands down one of my favorites on CZcams đđŸđ„
If you haven't found anything Cash and Charles showed some awesome units, and there is also Eric. Good luck on the hunt.
Great vid!
great video! hope you get the best apartment! what camera are you using?
Lovely apartments I wish you the best in 2023 âđœđ
I love you â€so much
Please make more about nyc
Thanks so much
Brilliant! Nice units, but I need my outdoor space. A balcony isnât enough. I love the rooftop area. Good luck on your home hunting
Your so lucky you live in New York Brett. Such a beautiful city that one day I hopefully get to visit.
I will also one day go there for holidays
Thank you for sharing life there in New York life there.. Also, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!!!
Yes, yes, yes!!!!! A washer and dryer are some "F"ing needed in a condo/apartment that you, you are going to buy at $1Million??? OMG!!!! And thought is condo/apartment that I am buying better, better have those two things inside the unit!!!!!!!
The new condo/apartment building with your Broker Tali there was nice. New construction with that it does not seem that there will be something else built there close that would block your views!! So, you have a small balcony! That is ok! But it is nice being in the heart of Manhattan. The condo/apartment maybe small for a $1Million plus but the cost of living there in New York's city in general is high! New place though to consider. Were there other neighborhoods to look at with your personal price point? I know I continue to look over in the Sutton Place neighborhood for some thoughts of living there.
@@RealBrettConti Thank you for your video.
You're such a great dreamer and make us dream tooâ€ïžđ great job đâŁïž happy holidays đ
Hey Brett!, Happy đïž hunting!!
Nice work Brett!! What is it about Union square that's off putting? HOAs are also ridiculously high in NYC.
Nice video! but HOA fee and taxes should be shared. Those 2 combined for sure are another rent. Thatâs the reason I wonât buy in Miami. HOA + taxes (which donât bring any equity to the property) are equal to a monthly rent in Brickell, Miami.
The last one. Happy Holidays!
Just made a vlog for our first trip to New York in my channel. These places sure are better than our airbnb lol. Ty for this video!
This channel is highly underrated.
Thanks for taking us on this apartment searching journey! It's amazing how $800K is for a budget apartment! Ha.
It's not budget. He's just jaded.
@@tuanx Ha. I know itâs not budget, but with NYC prices, it is kind of budgetâŠ.Ha.
Thunk you Brett, you change my Brain :) Nice Video
really inspiring dude ..
Outstanding video God bless you
Always love it when realtor says âvalue will definitely increaseâ almost sounded like a guarantee to a world with no guarantees.
Exactly. Buying an apartment or house in Manhattan would be way more risky today than buying a house way out in the boonies where if some type of big shutdown or great "REE SETT" (yt flags it now) happened, you would be able to survive much easier than being stuck in the middle of somewhere like NYC.
it will over the long term. But short term with interest rates can still go down
in new york it basically is guaranteed
how do u not have way more subs ur content's fire
I think your apartment at the moment still got the best view & distance from the Empire State Bldg đ€©I always tell myself that đœLook how it perfectly frames on your large windows, not too far, not too close đ You could see when & how it's light changes every season/event đ
Hello from Egypt đȘđŹ
The video is spectacular
New York is my dream city
greatest city in the world ; )
Awesome video.... good job
Nice content for today's vedio idol .. watching from Philippines
New here but congratulations I always say move in silence and let success be the noise !
I love this for you Brett! You deserve it, hope you find something with good a view of the empire state building. #LetsGetOutAndGetBusy

I also love the video â€
Moving to New York in 4 months. Iâm ecstatic and have loved your vids
apartment 5s view is just unbelievable
Love the property â€
The last apartment was my favorite!
God bless, Brett..
That last apartment for 1.1 mil is awesome. I would buy it for myself.
Crushed this dude!
Everyone has a dream and our dreams are different,I prefer to buy an apartment in a quiet place and go to the city for holidays. Thank you for sharing
Totally agree with the space in Greenwich, definitely small
Came a long way from; What can 1$ get me in..đ€đŻ Absolutely inspiring Brett

We need some Get Out and Get Busy merch!!!! Iâd buy đđ»ââïž
How wonderful!!
Ben & Jerryâs need to sponsor you đ Have you ever tried Blue Bell ice cream?? Itâs the best!
Check out Hoboken. Even if you don't want to live in Jersey it be interesting to compare the apartments plus I want a tour,
Very good idea. Interesing.
good luck with the search
15:15 I'm following you more than 4 years,I was inspired by you and wannabe a New Yorker.
you're great!!
The 1.1 fixer upper with empire state views in Greenwich was the best one
Have you looked at any houses? For a million you can get a 3 bedroom with a finished basement and backyard in brooklyn or queens. You can rent the other room to your camera guy and the the basement or garage for your youtube studio. =)
or pimp him out??????? YAS
Indeed but we have different choices I prefer what you said â€
Hello from Manchester đŹđ§
Marry Chrystmass end Happy New Year.
That kind of money could buy 1,000 condos here in Bangkok đ
Well, you have to consider
The wages in Bangkok. To a New Yorker, sure, but to a bang joker, not really.
Washer and dryer are a luxury in NYC? :) Cool video!!!
I am mostly interested in #6 view type apartment really, I can say boom boom đ„đ„đ„ congratulations đđđ.
last one def looked the best one
A buyer's market @ 1m for a 1 bedroom. wow. thats crazy. I guess its the location. Thanks for the video. Really apreciate it.
if i had money, i would love a townhouse in nyc. something amazing in older buildings.
brooklyn!! best of both worlds with the brownstones + also getting out of the craziness of manhattan while it still being very accessible
Thatâs why I love the Midwest .
I live in a private neighborhood with one road in and out. No traffic. Super quiet. Surrounded by woods . 3600 square feet. 4 bed, 4 bath, oversized garage doors , 9 foot ceilings , 14 foot garage , huge laundry room, an office , gas fireplace , double vanity in bathrooms . Deep soaking tub, walk in closets , all brick, huge deck, sunroom , big yard , extra garage , huge downstairs family room, and another bonus room downstairs Iâm gong to turn into a theater .
$360k.
It pays to live in a âflyoverâ state
I get since it's New York that it's so expensive, but holy hell $1 million for apartments that size..
