Lake Sammamish is shared by Bellevue and Redmond on the west side, and by Redmond and Sammamish on the east side.
The tour could be better, garage could be toured and the extra cabin. I think I see an elevator that wasn’t mention too, great house though .

voice over instead? wide angle lense so it looks bigger, You sound good but Slow down dude you sound like you just did couple of lines and a venti. B roll with a drone would make it more pro level. Also write a script it will help you have a more organized idea even if you dont use it. Also get a camera with a good dual pixel auto focus . but cool little place i can picture myself living here…i just need 3mill for the down payment and 100k/month mortgage
