Insignia was Developed by Bosa Development and completed in 2016. Bosa is from British Columbia and has become known for several notable buildings in the Vancouver skyline. Insignia was their first leap into Washington state. They have a great reputation for building a quality product with attention to detail, and I have to say insignia is no exception!
There are 690 units total within these two towers, making it the biggest condo building in Seattle. With this many units, you can always expect some sort of inventory for sale.
PRICING:
1 bedrooms are in the mid 600’s-to mid 700’s.
2 bedrooms range from the high 800’s going up to around 2 million
3 bedroom penthouses are 3-4 million
You can expect units to come with a parking spot, and many of the 2 bedrooms actually come with 2 parking spots- which is a rare perk for downtown condos.
’s important to note that they do require a 20% downpayment and only have 3 verified lenders you can use. This won’t always be the case, I’m not going to dive into why in this video but- as a buyer that can be a big pro for you, because it’s harder to buy in the building units are sitting a little longer and many are going below list price. That makes it a potentially good time to buy in the building, as they won’t always have this issue. For more information on why and if it’s something your interested in- shoot me an email!

This was a five year prodgect I worked on this for three years for bosa construction . I'm from Kentucky. What a great team to work with . hopefully everyone will injoy this awesome building. thank you Seattle it was great to be a part of God bless.👷
I love the quality and the street views to show distance to south lake that’s amazing perspective for buyers not familiar with the area!
Thank you so much for making this. I live in South King but look forward to moving closer to work once my kids graduate in 3 years. Well done!
So excited to see a video post!
Just watched your last video! You deliver information so well, and I feel like i learn so much from your videos!
agreed!
This makes me want to move to Seattle! Great video I love the features.
It would be awesome if you could tour the Residences at Rainier Square! The residential floors start on the 44th floor and the design of the building is insanely unique and cool :)
Still 750.00 dollars is outrageous
Very nice. Love that parking is included! Why am I thinking about buying a condo in Seattle? 😂
Love these videos!!
Great video.
Dream condo 😍
Cool video
Thanks for video
Hey Monica, I usually use VA loans on prior condo purchases with 0 down. Do most Seattle condos allow VA?
Being from CA...750,000 with all those amenities sounds good and new building...I'm CA girl all the way but depending on HOA's it sounds intriguing. As long as they allow pets...😄
Of course you would love Seattle. The same progressive politics that destroyed your state have also infiltrated Seattle.
How much HOA she said. I didnt watch the whole video
I had one of the smaller 2BR/2BA units and when I moved out in 2021 the HOA was approximately $875 per month
@@lisaporter8011 For Seattle that not a bad deal at all !! I own similar type of place here in Downtown Chi and I pay ~$500ish and I am on the lower side... Seattle should be shouting more
I honestly cannot believe they’re charging that much for this “condo” smh 🤦🏻♀️ who the hell would spend that much money on this? Insane
People with money
Edit: damn $7k for a cloudy city ?
Do you know how much money is generated in Seattle? Just 2 of WA residents own hundreds of billions of dollars.
@@msi8311 just two not the rest lol.
This is amazing but I prefer previous condos/ co-ops you’ve shown previously.
Another great video Monica!! The Insignia building is gorgeous and those amenities are amazing! I was wondering if it’s possible, to maybe have a pet parent guide to condos in Seattle? I gather high rises can be strict when it comes to pets? I look forward to your next video!
I know that the emerald is good with dogs and I know koda is the best for dogs
I will absolutely do a guide to the most pet friendly living in Seattle! Thank you for the idea!
@@monicachurchrealtor thank you! Your videos are always so well made, informative and enjoyable to watch 😊
With those restrictions, do you know how occupied it currently is?
When hell freezes over
its for successful people so you are not the profile dougy
❤
Here where I live you can get a huge home for that
How much is HOA
Do u have a real estate TikTok?
Cool video, but the problem is the condo is in Seattle. You get like five days of sunshine and 360 overcast days!!! I lived in Bellingham WA for like 10 years and was in therapy for weather related issues!!! Thanks I am here all week. If you like and enjoy sunshine, then Seattle isn't the place to move.
“Five days of sunshine” lol ok buddy. I lived in Bham since 2018 and recently moved to the Seattle area and while this spring has been gloomier than usual (not the norm) we definitely get far more than 5 days of sunshine. This isn’t Alaska.
I love the weather here :)
Summer last year was nearly every day ~16 hours of sun from June to early Nov... Winters do have short, overcast days though.
yes.. yes thats right. Tell all your friends not to come up here
Where are the other videos? 😳
Crazy price tag, can’t afford.
Tell me the HOA !! One BR for 750K, dude I got my high rise half that price
Wait. Is Shelby Church your sister??
Shelby is her twin sister.
We (Seattle) are pumping out trash looking units for tech employees that don't live here anymore. You can pay significantly less for more parking, and a house.
Not everyone loves the suburbs. I personally think it's terrible to be car dependent.
Is Shelby Church your sister?
Yep, Shelby is her twin sis.
This video was a bit awkward…
The insignia is a great building, its such a shame downtown seattle is dogshit
Word of advice show more of what you're selling and stop putting your face where apartments should be shown instead of your face
