Rivalry In Glass no Kamen (1984)

  • I have opened a discord server. Feel free to join! / discord A rival is a trope you can find in any medium, including anime. But just because it's a common trope, that doesn't mean that it's always done well. However Glass no Kamen (1984) is one of those shows that I feel really managed to do this trope justice. So today we're gonna be taking delve into how this show handled the rivalry trope and used it as a central piece in it's plot.

    Glass Mask is a show I've heard mentioned a lot but I haven't gotten round to watching it yet, but this brief summary of one aspect of it maked a wild little video so yeah, I definitively must watch it.

      @@AnimeTopScholar I typically don’t feel like remakes are inherently better, but with the 2005 version I feel like it being done in the 21st century with better technology and animation made the story shine better. It’s totally worth it and one of my all time favorite anime.
