I was gifted book by Rujuta by my husband 16 months ago. He told me to read it and see if i like her perspective to weight loss. During my train ride to work,i couldn't leave the book aside. I felt what she had mentioned don't fast,eat in regular basis ,small portions. I put her directions in spread sheet and started following it. I regularly exercise now,zumba ,i have lost 11 kgs ,my heart rate is healthy and i am so happy to see this program. Thank You

Getting into shape is very similar to increasing your bank balance.....it requires descipline and a mindset to be in for the long haul. Trying to shortcut your way to a big bank balance or getting into shape DOES NOT WORK. If you are an adult and have an iota of common sense, getting into shape is NOT difficult, but if you lack basic common sense, even people like Rujuta can't help you for long. P.S : Just to clarify, I do not have anything against Rujuta or scores of similar people making it big or trying to make it big in the "Fitness/Health industry". This industry is expanding solely due to people having absolutely no descipline to follow through on simple basic excercise and eating patterns.
I agree rice never make you fat we are East Indian we eat rice breakfast to dinner. If we are aware about our weight then we should go for healthy eating and workout that's enough ....

I hope you are not one of those fat acceptance crazies that go about "claiming" that it's ok and healthy to carry excess weight simply because they have decided between themselves that they can mould the facts to their liking. It's purely luck on a persons part if he/she is overweight and that they don't have any major health issues latter on. Now how much a person wants to depend on luck is their call.

I love your info but I have always eaten this way only mam because my moms been very strict about my food lifestyle since I was born .. 😆 I eat local, seasonal and traditional.. I make my own food and for my mom .. I enjoy outing often... I eat fruits and never eat salads... 😝.. and I am lean and my waist is 28 ... Zero figure.. so everyone ape for this lifestyle.. 🙏🙏🙏

A friend of mine recommended you to me because I have recently turned vegan, (which I believe quite a few other people are turning into ,too). And I am 17 and I know the importance of milk and dairy products and skipping these would not be beneficial in the long run. What would you suggest would be the best replacement for all the vitamins and magnesium and calcium,etc from dairy products for the vegans? Or the ones who are lactose intolerant and vegetarian.
Hello rujuta ma'am.... Now a days cows are injected growth hormones to produce more lactating.... So how should we stay fit with that dairy products... We don't know what they are using for lactation... That indirectly affects our health....

As per Rujuta walking is just an activity not an exercise. She tells us to do yoga, cardio and muscle exercises.
