    Rujuta, I agree to your point of eating home made, hand made food and have been doing so ever since. Still I got diagnosed with vitamin D and B 12 deficiency. All the information so called food industry provides is not wrong. There is several essential nutrients you miss out on even when you follow good diet and healthy lifestyle; there should not be problem in supplimenting those with.

    Mam I have been following your diet tips for the last 3-4 years. And it has helped me a lot . I had PCOD but with help exercise and diet I am able to deal with that. People should follow your tips before criticizing you.

    You are right about locally grown and available food . But I am afraid that the incentive to grow them as has been from ages is fast vanishing being replaced by the popular ones . Day is not far when most of the sixty varieties of pulses you spoke off will become extinct or discontinued.

    It was really helpful. I'm struggling on being skinny. People just talk about weight loss but not weight gain. Mam can you please do a video on this, it will be really helpful.
