Addendum: The shave one gets from a double edge razor blade is very subjective, meaning it is based on one's personal experience, feelings, or opinions of a particular blade. This is where YMMV (your mileage may vary) comes into play. I may love a blade and you may not hold the same opinion of it. That's why I thought it best to let the sales approach decide the popularity of the blades rather than give my opinion of it. If a blade is very popular, it likely performs well for a lot of shavers.

      Geofatboy,
      Well worth to point out and what you should be very proud of;
You are a businessman and your business is shaving products, but not only that, by doing so you inform a lot of men how to shave and what products to use and the most vital point; you educate and inform a younger generation who have not a clue how to shave.
In 2017, I met a new girlfriend, 35 years old and she had never seen a safety razor before she saw mine. She knew about razorblades, but never made the connection to safety razors and had no idea how to use one.
And look at the youngsters born after 2000; they don't even know how use a dial phone. YT have several funny video clips about that.
What I'm trying to say is, by promoting your business and with your YT video clips, you are a goldmine of information for a worldwide audience who want and need information how to shave.
A job indeed very well done!

For sure my skin is Very sensitive and my Beard is Very hard, like a needle. For me the Blade needs to be Very sharp. If I need to repeat my pass this will hurt my skin, and for these reason I like Feather. Very sharp, not so smooth ( in these case I can feel the Blade cuting) , and Very durable. I Will try Nacet next time.

As someone with a Bsc in HR Management and Master's in International Management. ISO 9001 is merely a norm for certification of quality management systems. It is very easy to get the certefication without actually following the norms in practice, just by having documented evidence of following the norm ;) and it has more to do with the quality of management systems rather than quality of the product. Of course having good quality management systems should also help improve quality of products/services but it doesn't really have a strong corelation (specially in those cases where they just want the certificate).

Great video. My top 3 are Astra Platinum, Feather then (controversially) Derby Premium. Astra are my favourite. Everyone has their preferences, stubble and skin type. But my personal view is Astra feel the sharpest out of the pack, for the first 2 shaves. Closely followed by Feather which are also damn sharp. The Feather steel feels harder/ tougher though. So 4/ 5 shaves in it does not seem to dull as much (Astra loses in this category). It is a draw probably on this basis between Astra and Feather. Derby greens are kind on skin/ good for newbs, but find pull a little bit on stubble. Derby Premium are still skin kind, but you don't get the pulling on the stubble. Meaning they win an honourable 3rd place. I thought I would bore you all with my choice and rationale😁 Great video Geo👍

Last week, I put aside my Gillette Fusion 5 razor, and I shaved with a Feather safety razor and Feather blades. I am 72, and the last time I regularly shaved with a safety razor was when I was 14 (Gillette safety razor and Gillette Blue blades.) What a trip down Memory Lane!
Fortunately,I watched Geo before I started shaving! The Gillette Fusion 5 is a forgiving razor. The Feather razor is well-crafted and the blades are as sharp as surgical instruments. But the Feather safety razor, like all safety razors, will not suffer fools who shave in the shower.
Wet shaving with safety razors and badger brushes is ideal for we Baby Boomers who want a good shave at a low cost per shave, and who possess the luxury of time to enjoy lathering and shaving (and occasional application of a styptic pencil on cuts.)

I know the accepted wisdom is that Feather are the sharpest blade, and this may be true; however, I find that after 4 or 5 shaves the blade needs replacing. I have recently had the chance to try TREET blades from Pakistan. They come in a hard paper box and each blade is nicely double-wrapped (the double-wrapping can be used to safely dispose of a blade).
They are plain carbon steel, so they are not very sharp and dont get extremely close on each pass. Also the mileage on them is rather low at max. 3 shaves. But they are INCREDIBLY smooth and mild. You can literally do 5-6 passes and you would never know, thus negating their relative lack of sharpness and needing to do more passes. In comparison, a DERBY EXTRA, which I find to be pretty mild as well, is a butchering knife.
I imagine these TREET blades are an excellent choice for beginners, people who absolutely need a mild shave, or for people who are keen to try as many blades as possible :)

It'll seem like you did okay, no pain or anything, and then 5 minutes later you need a blood transfusion. You could butcher a cow with a Feather and the cow wouldn't even notice. I used feather for a long time, but I can’t handle the aggressiveness anymore. My current favorite are the Wilkinson Sword classics

It would be nice to say a few things about each blade, for example its sharpness or smoothness.

Impossible to say, because of the simple fact opinions like that are very subjective.
Eg. what's good for me, is not necessarily good for you.

I am glad I went with old school shaving. Just to save money because razors are ridiculous expensive. I purchased my new razor that is German made and 2 boxes containing 200 blades the brand is Derby Premium, I also purchased a badger shaving brush with a stainless steel cup to lather up my soap or shaving cream of my choice. Guys take this man in the videos advice switch over to this type of shaving
